Republicans Ask President to Come Clean on Abramoff
Maybe he'll include something in his State of the Union address tomorrow night detailing his connections with Jack Abramoff. An overwhelming number of Americans want to see the president pull back the curtain on the relationship, and now many Republicans are calling on him to do the same. From a CBS News piece appropriately titled, "GOP To Bush: Come Clean On Abramoff."
Some of President Bush's fellow Republicans in Congress are urging him to publicly disclose White House contacts with disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff.Releasing records would help eliminate suspicions that Abramoff, who assisted in raising more than $100,000 for Mr. Bush's re-election campaign but has since pleaded guilty to felonies, had undue influence on the administration, they said in television interviews Sunday [...]

The president has the ear of a nation tomorrow night; that would be a terrific time for a bit of transparency and an opportunity for him to take steps towards restoring the faith of the American people quite concerned by a Republican culture of corruption in Washington, D.C.

Democrats were asking for filibuster today and only 25 Democrats stood up for the American People's rights.
Interesting to note that among all of this Abramoff hysteria Gov Dean has spent all of the DNC's money! I'm not going to make any official charges but something seems a little fishy. Especially since as you all say there are more people supporting you then they are the Republicans. So you all must have (or have had) a lot of money that was raised from the majority of Americans who support you. Where did it go Gov. Dean?? It's either fraud, or piss poor management, pick your poison.

It's called the 50-state strategy. We've been spending it on organizing at the grass roots and developing new candidates to run at every level and every office in every state. Takes lots of money....but money well spent.
In light of the fact that so many Democratic Senators today could not stand together in a fight for our values, I'd say we have been wasting a lot money in the past on these Republican enablers.
So consider it a long-term investment that we are developing new, better candidates to represent us...and replace them. It will take time; but that's the way the Republicans rebuilt their party. One office at a time.
So what if we have to elect 75 new Senators instead of 60? What we will end up with a lineup of strong, loyal reps who understand how to win. I'm sick of losing with these same weak sisters.
You need to kick all the democrats out of the party who refused to support Womens rights and support the filibuster. They are NOT democrats...They are Trators and Bush lovers.

Amen, Sandy.
Dean promised when he became head of the DNC that there would much more money spent for local and state offices and grassroots support. These DLC nitwits on Capitol Hill now have the nerve to say that Dean is fiscally irresponsible.
Wrong. Dean has never been more fiscally responsible. His 12 years of financial stewardship as governor of Vermont are a testament to that. These DLC jerkweeds on the Hill now think they should be entitled to campaign money they neither earned or helped to raise. Besides, I am daring these idiots to vote Dean out. He would no longer have to be held to his promise not to run for President in 2008.
These idiots criticize Dean on one hand, and backstab their rank and file with the other........Screw 'em!! No wonder the Republicans have been kicking their asses for the past 15 years. Half of these malcontents wouldn't vote on behalf of their constituents if you put a gun to their heads. Serves 'em right.
We are still spending so much energy and time RESPONDING to the lie machine of the Republican party.
When will we start initiating some genuinely new ideas and strategies - other than being ANTI Republican. It makes our party look as if we are only capable of reacting.
What is happening in the US today is downright scary - but if we offer nothing other than rebuttal, where will that leave us?
I have hopes for the 2006 midterm elections, but we better come out swinging now!
***Legislating the Benefit of Greed***
Additional Value is the Basis of Capitalism.
The inequity of Capitalism can be remedied by legislating "Additional Value Ratios" for cost, benefit and profit.
Ratios can be developed that will equitably address issues of both domestic production and foreign trade that will allow fair "Additional Value Ratios" for both profit motivated concerns and concerns of labor.
"Additional Value Ratios" that are legislated into law can provide STANDARDS for PROFIT and COST of LABOR that provide a flexible guideline for both Profit and Labor that encourage equilibrium of benefit for both Profit and Labor without counterproductive contention between Profit and Labor that is the traditional basis of inequity with regard to the Capitalistic imperative of producing additional value.
With legislated "Additional Value Ratios" situations like Enron would be discouraged by the "Additional Value Ratios" because the ratios would provide for equitable distribution of profit without unequal benefits.
What is an acceptable amount of greed? This is what needs to be determined by legislation of "Additional Value Ratios".
Jonesey:
I agree with your post. I also feel that there is validity in Machiavelli's statement from "The Prince" as follows:
"There are three different kinds of brains, the one understands things unassisted, the other understands things when shown by others, the third understands neither alone nor with the explanations of others. The first kind is most excellent, the second also excellent, but the third useless."
The Dean Democracy for America Movement to reform the Democratic Party must not waste effort on Type 3 that will not be understood; improve the learning curve of Type 2 as much as humanly possible and lead Type 3 more effectively in their best interest. Education, understanding and leadership of both Type 2 and Type 3 is imperative if reform of the Democratic Party is to proceed effectively.
I am a frustrated democrat. I just saw the Virginia governor's counterstatement to the State of the Union. A more wooden, canned, non-organic speech I have not seen. He seemed nervous and disengenuous. This election and future elections are not about parties. I would say the Republican party has been hijacked by knee-jerk, fiscally irresponsible, dishonest people. George Bush has made a career out of saying one thing and doing another. He boldly calls for the repression of discourse and compromise under the guise of a call for "civility". He speaks of the quest for Freedom and Democracy while surreptitiously and actively supressing them in "Back-alley" wire-tapping like a common criminal.
What are all these Democrats afraid of? You must stand up! If not for your party, then how about for your country? Parry those false calls for "civility" with louder calls for honesty and truth.
Americans deserve no less be they Democrat or Republican.
RE Bush's "State of the Union":
In one of the many throw-away topics of his speech, Bush talked about "Many Americans, especially parents" being deeply concerned about of the direction of our culture. He then proceeded to equate the unethical conduct of public officials to activists courts working to redefine marriage. Huh? Who should be more deeply offended, those who are concerned with the corruption of our political representatives, or those who only ask that the love between two people be respected. Where the hell is the connection?
I see this as just another part of the game plan by the Republican party to turn America's anger about the reality of the Bush presidency into a social and/or religious battle. Can anybody tell me what a loving, committed relationship with another person has to do with Jack Abramoff?
CJ Johnson
Taos, Nm
"What does a loving comitted relationship with another person have to do with Jack Abramoff?"
Absolutely nothing. Did you think Bush was going to talk about anything that would remind people of the Abramoff scandal? It's called the distract 'em with BS ploy.
I didn't watch the speech, I was out of anti-nausia medicine.
The BBC this morning said that Bush came off as "light green". I think that Bush's statement that we are "addicted to oil", does not represent a change in Bushie thinking. It's another ploy. If he does put through some kind of renewalble energy, or similar legislation,I'll bet dollare to donuts that he won't fund it, the way he didn't fund the Every Child Left Behind Act or large portions of the Homeland Security legislation.
You can tell when Bush is lying, his lips are moving.
Republicans asking Bush to come clean is a joke. He will never come clean on anything and has declared executive privilege to prevent his cabinet and ad visors from testifying before congress about anything, military or domestic. Does this sound like a dictator to you? The Republican congress is the power behind Bush. Because of them, he doesn't have to answer to the citizens of America and they are putting on this little show for re-election purposes. Talk is cheap, watch what they do.
The State of the Union was delivered by a presidential parasite to a joint Congressional assemblage of majority parasites. The Parasite in Chief delivered a diatribe of empty rhetoric and emotional propaganda designed to lead the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class like a "Judas Goat" with a false sense of security into providing the benefit of their labor and generations of their children and children's childrens labor to benefit the assembled parasites, their cronies and the Parasite in Chief, George W. Bush.
After Bush's Secretary of the Treasury, John W. Snow, sent his letter to the Senate stating the "State of the Union" being bankrupt and unable to finance government operations no longer than mid-March, Bush's rosey State of the Union address was a diatribe of empty rhetoric and emotional propaganda that was unworthy as a State of the Union address from the President to the people of the United States.
George W. Bush needs to be impeached, and ALL of his cronies, conspirators and lock-step cultural corrupt political parasites that are through CORPORATE COMMUNISM sucking the communal resources of the people of the United States out of the Government of the United States, and he and they need to be charged, placed on trial and sent to prison for their crimes against the people of the United States.
John Pitt:
Governor Howard Dean comes out swinging, is proactive and represents the agenda of the Working and Poor Class, the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the United States. How many of "you people" stand up and support Governor Dean in his efforts against the greedy self interested agenda of the 10% Minority of the Elite Capitalist Class and the 20% Minority of the Professional Class???
Support Governor Howard Dean and his efforts to reform the Democratic Party, so that the Democratic Party will represent the people, the 70% MAJORITY of the Working and Poor Class. I am always hearing whining and complaining that someone else is not being proactive; but I am not hearing proactive behavior in support of our leader, Governor Howard Dean.
Support Governor Howard Dean. As a person, be proactive in your own behavior and encourage others to do so. If you do and others do the same, your efforts will have a positive effect greater than your negative whining and complaining.
Any fool can whine and complain that someone else isn't doing something.
Mermu:
The Republican Party is a 10% Minority of the Elite Capitalist Class that is supported by Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans that are constituents of the Working and Poor Class supporting a false ideology against the best interest of their own Class and Culture, the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class.
This type of behavior needs to stop, and all of us that are a part of the Working and Poor Class need to support Governor Howard Dean and the Democracy For America Movement to reform the Democratic Party and make the Democratic Party representative of the Working and Poor Class, a 70% MAJORITY POPULATION.
We, the 70% Majority Population of the Working and Poor Class, got into this mess by allowing ourselves to be used as "Swing Voters" for the 10% Minority of the Elite Capitalist Class and the 20% Minority of the Professional Class.
It is time for a change. We must quit being "Swing Voters" for classes and cultures that are not our own, and support our own class and culture, the Working and Poor Class, by supporting Governor Howard Dean and the Democracy For America Movement to REFORM the Democratic Party and make it representative of the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class.
trytryagain:
Are you just another Lumpen-Proletariat Republican -- a fool supporting a false ideology against the best interest of your own class and culture, the Working and Poor Class?
Or:
Are you a part of the Elite Capitalist Class? I suspect that you are just another Lumpen-Proletariat Republican.
PeppermintLizzy:
The Democratic Party has been infiltrated by autocratic Republicans in a long term plan similar to the way Mikhail Gorbachev did to destroy the Soviet Union. Most of the Republicans in the Democratic Party are members of the DLC, so it is understandable that they would vote for their own.
25 members aren't very many and I would venture to say that there are two of three of those that aren't on the democratic side.
Governor Dean has a big task and by no means can Governor Dean spare any democratic money to help DLC Democrats who are cooperating with the Republicans and doing their best to bring an end to all social structure for the majority population. It will not hurt my feelings if DLC, Democratic Leadership Council, Democrats have to use their Republican buddies for money to do their leadership campaigning. The only sad part is that the DLC Republican-Democrats are in sheep's clothing campaigning as Democrats where they can do the most harm to freedom of the people and the democratic way.
Here are four links for greater understanding as to the skulduggery of the DLC:
http://www.dissidentvoice.org/Articles7/Nader_DLC.htm
http://rightweb.irc-online.org/profile/1463
http://rightweb.irc-online.org/profile/1534
http://rightweb.irc-online.org/profile/1295
The Republicans would never have been able to pull off their skulduggery if it had not been for the complicit DLC Democrats.
That's why we need a grass-roots rebellion. We need to fire the DNC, and also those of the incumbents who have shown themselves to be Republi-lite. We need to support the candidates we feel will help return the party to the people, and be sure to vote the primaries to make sure the right candidate runs in November. We need to contribute either directly to the candidate or to the local parties, NOT to the DNC. At least not until the DNC starts cleaning up its act, growing a backbone, and stop supporting the Republi-lites. We need to put pressure on the DNC through the local parties. We need to keep emailing the politicians and tell them what WE want them to do.
A lot of the Republi-lites are hoping the furor will die down by time for the primaries. A lot of the Republicans are hoping the furor will die down by November. We need to keep the pressure going until November 2008.
I know as long as this crap keeps coming down the pipe, I'll stay mad that long. Hoooah!!!
Butte:
We need to continue giving to the DNC because Governor Howard Dean is the Chairman of the DNC and has a grass roots rebellion already started and uses the money that is sent to him to rebuild the Democratic Party from the grass roots so that the Democratic Party will represent the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class like democracy is suppose to.
By all means send money to the Democratic Party, but when you do send money to the DNC, be sure to mark your donation for the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party.
Apparently the Republicanite-DLC is disgruntled that they are not getting the Dean democratic money because Governor Dean is using it to rebuild the Dean Democratic Party Wing. The Dean Democratic Party Wing will represent the people of the Working and Poor Class instead of only the New Professional Class that the DLC represents and have caused us all this trouble because they are trying to be a 2nd Elite Class. No economy can endure more than one Elite Class. I am of the opinion that the Professional Class should scoot right on over to the Republican side because democracy doesn't need a 2nd elite "wannabe" class, although the Elite Capitalist Republicans are delighted with their New Professional Class.
BTW, the Working and Poor Class includes the Middle Class. If one works for a living they are in the Working and Poor Class. The Working and Poor Class are the MAJORITY POPULATION in the United States; but because they work and are tired and have little time to think about politics, have been sabotaged, marginalized and disfranchised by the Professional Class and the Elite Capitalists into only being "Swing Voters" who swing either to the Professional Class Democrats or the Elite Capitalist Class Republicans. Citizen has become politically incorrect and is being discussed as to not even calling "Swing Voters" citizens; but instead of being citizens, the "Swing Voters" in this fascist society will be consumers and/or customers. It is happening, you may have noticed; and when citizenship is taken away, the "Swing Voters" which are now a controlling 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the United States will have lackadaisically given their citizenship and their democratic control of their government away, and will no longer be citizens.
In an autocratic fascist society the various forms of government can do anything to non-citizens. It will behoove the citizens of the Working and Poor Class 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the United States, while they are still citizens, to be supporting Governor Howard Dean and his Democracy For America Movement through the DNC where Governor Dean is Chairman and is building the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party for the sole purpose of regaining democracy in the United States.
Governor Dean will make certain that we, the 70% Majority Population of Working and Poor Class will have democratic people, instead of autocratic people, to vote for come November 2; but we all need to make certain that the ones we do vote for are endorsed by Governor Dean and the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party.
Any long time viewers will know I am a new member but let me make a couple comments. First, cool down a little on throwing out the more conservative members, We can't afford to lose anymembers. Just get strong enough to set the agenda. Next, be grateful to Bush for his Supreme Court appoinments. He has now gotten the abortion and gay rights monkey off our backs and put them on the backs of the Supreme Court. We can now concentrate on the true moral issues which we have always owned. From now on the moral majority should be in the Dem. column. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for your time.
PatRiate:
Governor Dean and the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party is Pro-Life. I am Pro-Life. Pro-Choice is a DLC Democrat Platform.
What makes you think it is beneficial to have Democratic Congressional members that vote against the best interest of the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class? What would be the difference if they were gone, as far as the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class are concerned?
ALL conservatives are not equal. The autocratic conservative is not the same as the democratic conservative.
The autocratic conservative, Right-Wing Republican conserves the wealth of the nation away from the benefit of the 90% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class, which is counting the 20% Professional Class, to the 10% Population of the Elite Capitalist Class; while
The democratic conservative Left-Wing Democrats conserves the wealth of the nation for the benefit of the 90% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class, which is counting the 20% Professional Class, and away from the 10% Minority of the Elite Capitalist Class.
A BIG Difference, which balances the equilibrium for both classes. The fradulently acquired Bush Administration, the Senate and the House, with the help of the DLC Republicanites on the LEFT, is totally autocratic Republican; hence there has been many, many tax cuts for the wealthy without any benefit to the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION.
If you are going to have a litmus test for faithful or worthy party members, then expect to remain a minority party for the foreseeable future. Welcome all people but be strong enough to set the agenda. In my view, that is the only way to change the percentages you highlighted. Remember the old adage, “You can attract more flies with honey than you can with vinegar.”
This was a thread about Abramoff and Bush. A sniper hit and we're all running around off message.
Here's what we need to do. Ask anyone you know, Republicans especially, "If a $100,000 photo opportunity is not enough to get the President to remember your name, how much money does it take?"
Answer: More then you have.
I don't have to give anything to anybody until I see the results that I want to see. I've written that to the DNC for quite a few years now. As far as I see Dean is a figure-head that the Republi-lites keep ignoring. As long as nobody comes down hard on the Republi-lites and bangs their collective heads together, nothing has changed.
I know the local parties are fighting for the right cause and I have a limited income, so why should I throw my money away on anyone's say so without proof.
I certainly am not going to take the word of a name-calling elitist.
Elitism has no place in a democracy. Capitalism is not the private property of the elite. Ma and Pa who open a store and sell a few items from the old country are capitalists. They deserve at least the same respect as the rich and greedy. More respect really, because they are good hard working nice people, who are not out to exploit people.
These people are getting the short end of the stick like the rest of the working poor and former middle class.
Grass-roots starts at home, and that's where my money is.
PatRiate:
The Majority Population are people, good, honest, hard working people of the Working and Poor Class. We aren't dealing with flies. Again, the Majority Population are people, the Working and Poor Class. Honey propaganda does work well with flies; but I believe the Majority of the people, the Working and Poor Class, are fed up with the honey propaganda and corruption that the Republican Party, with the cooperation of the DLC Republicanites of the Republican side of the Democratic Party, has dumped upon the Majority of the people, the Working and Poor Class; and the 70% Majority Population and the marching masses will welome the Dean Democratic Reform of the Democratic Party through the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party's grass roots restoration of democracy to the 70% Majority Population of the people, the Working and Poor Class.
Butte:
Right now the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party needs all the help they can get. Any small amount given consistently will bring great benefit to the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class which includes the poor, the entire Middle Class as well as the Ma & Pa Store capitalists.
The WORKING of the Working and Poor Class are not only the working poor, but includes the Ma and Pa Stores, which are now pretty much something of the past. (Wal-Mart has pretty much cut the Ma and Pa Stores clean out of the market.) The poor of all types are included in the Working and Poor Class because many various situations do befall the working putting them into poor status.
The Wealthy autocratic Capitalists like the Bush Dynasty, Wal-Mart, etc. are the Elite Capitalist Class. The Ma and Pa Stores are capitalist that is true, and I pray that somehow the Ma and Pa Store concept will be brought back to the United States; but Ma and Pa Stores do not have enough capital to be a capitalistic threat to society. The Elite Capitalist Class is a threat to society especially when the corporate autocrats completly and fascistly take over society as has happened in the United States.
I have worked all my life as a part of the democratic Working and Poor Class and Culture. I am an American citizen of French, Irish and Cherokee Native American ancestry that's definitely far from being an elitist.
An elitist is one that is a part of the autocratic aristocratic nobility of the wealthy of business, industry and government.
Elitism does have its place in a democracy. Democracy is a balance between the wealth of the Elite Capitalist Class and the work of the Working and Poor Class which balances the economy, but the economy in the United States has been run amuk by the Republicans with the cooperation of the Republicanite DLC Democrats and the U.S. economy is expected to collapse next month unless our Senators raise the Statutory Debt Limit above the current $8.184 TRILLION to who knows how much this awful administration will decide it needs to completely destroy the social structure of the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class.
I agree with you. Grass roots starts at home and that is exactly where Governor Howard Dean is starting and he has made great strides. When you help at home what you can, please help the Dean Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party; so these Republicanite DLCers will be on their way out.
Elitists tend to be snobs who do not want to let anyone into their closed circle.
The Republican Elitists are the ones who got us into the current mess.
The Democrat elitists are the ones who lost the Democrats their base, with their "we know more about what's good for you than you do" attitude starting in the '70s. Then they started their pie-in-the skying and their totally out-of-touch agendas, many of which the Republicans turned into single-issue-voter issues which conned a lot of good people into voting against their own best interests.
Elitists are poisonous, we need to work together, and not look down our noses at anyone.
The true Democrat base is the dog-loving, pickup-driving, gun-toting, church-going, hard-working, family-loving people who the Republicans were able to con because the elitists in the Democrat party made them feel there was no place in the Democrats for them any more. The same people whom you keep disrespecting with your lumpen-proletariat putdown.
The bottom line is that is NOT how you grow your base.
If you keep coming off with that attitude, why should I listen to ANYTHING you say about ANYTHING.
Butte:
I have no more use for the Elitists than you do, and I have less use for the Elitists of the Democratic Party because they, in the guise of the Democratic Leadership Council, have subverted and taken over the Democratic Party for the exclusive benefit of what they call the "New Class"; and have excluded the Working and Poor Class from constituent representation and benefit as a part of the Democratic Party.
With regard to your post, it is my outlook that "the truth will set you free but first it will piss you off". And, with regard to Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans, what I have said is the truth, and I fully expect knowledge that people are constituents of the Working and Poor Class have been, are and continue to be used as Lumpen-Proletariat "Swing Voters" by the Professional Class and Elite Capitalist Class will piss off not only you but the entirity of the Working and Poor Class. However, neither you nor anyone else should be pissed off at me, because I am only the messenger. If you feel that you must be pissed off because you have been used as a Lumpen-Proletariat "Swing Voter," be pissed off at those who have used you; the Elite Capitalist Class and the Professional Class.
I think it is a politically healthy thing for the Working and Poor Class to gain understanding and from that understanding be irritated over being used as Lumpen-Proletariat Republican "Swing Voters" without political representation, because it will give the Working and Poor Class strong motivation to understand both Constituent Oriented Politics and Issue Oriented Politics, and that Issue Oriented Politics for the Working and Poor Class should only be practiced within the Constituent Political Membership of the Working and Poor Class and Culture.
It is counter-productive to condemn me or anyone else that acts as a messenger. We of the Working and Poor Class should be grateful for messengers that bring us the truth, and strive not to be like the Greeks who killed the messengers who brought them truth that they did not want to hear.
We in the Working and Poor Class must learn to embrace the truth, because it is the truth, whether it is what we want to hear or not.
If we in the Working and Poor Class can learn to embrace those truths that are painful as well as those truths that are not, we can gain the knowledge, understanding and judgment of wisdom that will allow us, along with Governor Howard Dean's leadership to reform the Democratic Party and make it representative of the interests of the Working and Poor Class and by so doing regain MAJORITY CONTROL in both houses of Congress and the government of the United States.
I am questioning tactics not motive.
Calling names does not win anyone over.
If we want the swing voters to swing over this way, we need to bombard them with reasons, facts, and logic. Calling names turns people off so they don't want to listen to your arguments.
When someone says "Lumpen-proletariat", most people will immediately think; "Aha, there's another one of those out-of-touch intellectual snobs who don't care about the working people", because they feel you are calling them stupid, and they will discount your arguments no matter how right you are. It's something called a knee-jerk reaction. It is really counter-productive. This is politics, and in politics you goal is to get people to see things your way, not make them mad at you.
If you want to piss them off, get them pissed off at the Republicans, not at the Democrats.
There are lots of things you can point out to raise ire against the Republicans, and that's the tactic we need to use. Why do the Republicans' work for them?
Butte:
With regard to name calling, my niece called a boy in school a fool and the boy went to the teacher and told the teacher that my niece was calling him names. The teacher called my niece up to her desk with the boy and asked her what she had called the boy, my niece told the teacher, "I called him a fool and all it means is that he does not know what is in his own best interest." The teacher told the boy that it was true, that he did not know what was in his own best interest and that for that reason he was a fool. This is the same problem that is present with Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans.
It is not calling a person a name when like the boy my niece called a fool, really is a fool. It is no more or less than naming the condition of their behavior. This is hard to accept, but it is the way it is.
Strong emotions leaves a person receptive to changing their views. It does not matter whether it is EXTREMIST Republicans or DFA Democrats that create the circumstances that generate strong emotions, the result is still the same. This technique was used by Goldwater, Reagan, Bush I and Bush II. DFA Democrats are engaged in reforming the Democratic Party and it is necessary to evoke strong emotions in order to create circumstances where Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans are receptive to change in the frame of their mental conditioning. Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans were created by invasive techniques of mental conditioning through the Churches of the Christian Coalition, Right-Wing Radio Programs, Right-Wing Television Talk Show Programs, through Newspapers and all other aspects of the Multi-Media Spectrum; equivalent techniques are required to counterbalance Lumpen-Proletariat mental conditioning. Reasoning with Lumpen-Proletariat Republican EXTREMIST Cult Members does not work until mental conditioning techniques of their Cult Leaders have been negated, "deprogrammed" and removed from their minds, so that their minds are subject to reason.
When Lumpen-Proletariat Republicans have been "deprogrammed" and their minds are open to reason, your techniques will be more productive; but first, Cult Programming of the Conservative Right-Wing Republican EXTREMISTS must be eliminated and my techniques are designed to accomplish "deprogramming" by generating strong emotions that leave Cult Members open to changing the frame of their Cult Programming.
Here is a book that you may want to refer to.
"SCIENCE AND HUMAN BEHAVIOR" by B. F. SKINNER
One big reason we are on the outside looking in is the diversity of opinions we used to seek has shrunk to a few Liberals who think they are the only ones who are right. We used to include everybody and as a group, we all won as compared to what the other side would offer us. What this new strategy has given us is a Republican majority in congress and one in the White House. Think about it.
I would not be surprised if the Republicans have not sent in their toadies to weaken the dems. To my great shame I never voted until this past Presidential election and I will never be derelict in my duty again. I was so alarmed over the direction our country has taken under GB & his cronies I finally did it. I have been a closet dem for years - however, when I was told I had to pick a party to get my voter's card I told them to mark me as a Republican so my vote would be counted (ha ha I live in Florida). My thinking was I could weaken them (a small effort, but still an effort) much as Ralph did in 2000 to Gore. So if I did it you can be sure they are doing it. So Come On DEMS!!!! - get a clear strong message and take back the country from the lying thieves who are running it into the ground. I am sickened by what I see happening! Dems are coming across as nuts, appeal to the working people. A lot of the people I talk to say they are Republicans but most of them are only parroting the conservative talk show hosts and do not bother finding out any facts on their own. For instance, one thing I am not seeing brought up in the media is the fact that there is an emergency rule that states that they can wiretap and get it approved by the court up to 72 hours AFTER the tap. This totally blows the Bush argument.
The Plan and Stand of Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats:
1. REAL SECURITY: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will protect Americans at home by getting serious about homeland security, and address the real threats abroad by capturing or killing Osama bin Laden, and focusing on actual (not imagined) nuclear proliferation. Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will be prepared for the threats of tomorrow, and Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will always tell the truth to our troops and the American people. The mismanagement of the Bush Wars has cost the lives of 2 1/2 thousand Americans and BILLIONS of dollars in fraud; violence is increasing, not decreasing, and still there is no security for our ports or chemical and nuclear plants. This will change under a Democracy For America "Dean" Democratic Administration.
2. Honest Leadership and Open Government: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will end the criminal Republican "Culture of Corruption" tirade and restore a sense of responsibility to elected office, and Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will pass fundamental reforms that make government more honest, open and accountable to the American people than ever before. It is time for an end to incompetent, dishonest and destructive government with Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats.
3. Economic Prosperity and Educational Excellence: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will keep good jobs from leaving our country and ensure that every job in America is a fair deal. Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will balance the budget, ensure that the tax code is simple and fair, and invest in education to ensure that every American has an equal opportunity to succeed. Good jobs are leaving our country in this Republican Administration, and many of the jobs that remain exploit working families by denying adequate benefits. Millionaires and CORPORATIONS receive tax breaks while working Americans can't afford to save, and the gap between the rich and the poor continues to widen to levels unseen since the 19th Century. Enough is Enough. Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats call a halt to the outsourcing of American jobs.
4. A Health Care System That Works for Everyone: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will join every other industrialized country by making sure everyone has access to affordable health care. Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will change this corrupt, inefficient system of government into a system of government that makes certain the worlds wealthiest country is also the healthiest.
5. Energy Independence: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will reduce our reliance on foreign oil by investing in cleaner and more efficient technology. Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will treat energy independence as what it is -- not only a conservation issue, but an Economic and National Security Issue.
6. Retirement Security: Democracy For America "Dean" Democrats will strengthen Social Security and make certain that a retirement with dignity is the right and expectation of every single American. Growing old with dignity is a right, not a privilege, and dismantling Social Security in favor of private accounts is the wrong direction for our society.

The man-made explosions of Lake Pontchartrain's levie (dam), as Mama D testified before the Senate Hearings, after Hurricane Katrina had already passed; drowned and destroyed a great amount of the Working and Poor Class citizens of New Orleans; and the plutocratic Right-Wing Capitalist EXTREMISTS of the selected and appointed Bush Administration are using that man-made horrible water disaster as an excuse through the guise of FEMA -- Emergency Management -- to build NEW "Million Man" FEMA Internment Camps -- CONCENTRATION CAMPS -- in all 50 states. Now, the news reports, in OKLAHOMA, the Oklahoma City and Tulsa FEMA "Million Man" Internment (concentration) camps are under way.
[Lord help them to not be building furnaces for the disposal of the old, deformed, ignorant, sickly and unwanted of society as did Hitler; because what is happening is exactly the same as did happen during the Hitler regime in Germany.]
Now in the news Social Security and Medicare are to be sacrificed undoubtedly to finance the building of these NEW "Million Man" FEMA Internment (concentration) Camps that will be used, NOT FOR DISASTER, because disaster isn't of any significance to the plutocratic capitalist Right-Wing EXTREMISTS and would not be feasible anyway for people within the whole state to have help in disaster as disaster happens randomly and will not happen only where FEMA has their Internment (concentration) Camps; but, instead, these Internment (concentration) Camps will be used as Concentration Camps by the plutocratic capitalist Right-Wing EXTREMISTS to enslave the people of the Working and Poor Class.
[I know this sounds unreal, but if you think this isn't true, you had better think again.]
The New Orleans disaster was bad but what made the disaster even worse and so terrible that it is memorable was the man-made (possibly dynamite) explosion of the levie dumping all the water from Lake Pontchartrain upon the citizens of New Orleans to make the disaster memorable in the minds of citizens so that building Internment "Concentration" Camps for disaster relief would not be thought anything about, but would be thought of as needed for the help of the people of the United States. These plutocrat capitalist EXTREMISTS will not stop at anything. Killing people who are not of their culture is of no consequence as far as these plutocrat capitalist EXTREMISTS are concerned. The Working and Poor Class are not of their culture and it means no more to them than hitting a squirrel on the road.
[It must be noted that it was also explosions (possibly dynamite) underneath the buildings of the World Trade Center that brought down the buildings of the World Trade Center, not the airplanes. See the following links: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article8765.html , http://911research.wtc7.net , http://www.unknowncountry.com/dreamland/?id=241 , and http://www.mujca.com ]
People had better listen and do their best to understand and do what they can to stop this massive Internment Concentration Camp building. If we do not do something to stop what this Bush Administration is doing, the world for the common man/woman of the Working and Poor Class is getting ready to make a drastic abrupt change for the EXTREME WORSE as soon as all those buildings are in place so that the 70% MAJORITY POPULATION of the Working and Poor Class will know readily who they are and be easily controlled by the plutocratic Capitalist Right-Wing EXTREME of our society, possibly before Bush ever gets out of office.
The death toll, damage and misery of the New Orleans disaster left a huge enough impression on the people of the Working and Poor Class to give the EXTREMIST capitalist plutocrats in charge of the Federal Government a reason to be able to use the peoples tax dollars without question, except by a few, to build their "Million Man" FEMA Concentration Camps for the ability to control the Working and Poor Class and that is exactly what the EXTREMIST plutocrats are doing to keep their capitalistic plutocratic society afloat.
How else can the Working and Poor Class be used to protect the greedy plutocrat capitalist EXTREMISTS that have decided for Capitalism to continue working for them, after they have outsourced all industry, that they, the greedy plutocrat capitalist EXTREMISTS, will have to provide for themselves by force and deception a "permanent underclass" of the Working and Poor Class to protect their capitalistic lifestyle. No more Middle Class at all.
[If one allows himself/herself to go willingly or be driven into these supposed FEMA Internment "concentration" Camps, one will be cinching their life and the life of their family and children to become members of the "permanent underclass", like MEXICO; as wages will be below low, and democracy will not exist, the only exception is that the people of the United States will have no place to run.]
If this sounds impossible to be true, think again. It is true and it is their plan. Through FEAR, the plan of the EXTREMIST Right-Wing Capitalist plutocrats is being carried out through unneeded wars, enormous tax cuts to the wealthy, massive general wastefullness of our economic structure and man-made unbelievable disaster to destroy the social structure of the greater majority of the people of our society, the Working and Poor Class; before rounding us all up into their FEMA Internment (concentration) Camps to be whipped into submission and used as slaves. There will be no room for the old and sick that can no longer work. The old and sick of the NEW "permanent underclass" will be disposable.
Experts of Standard & Poor's forecast a global economic collapse due to the demise of the U. S. Dollar. The demise of the U.S. Dollar has been purposefully and intently demised totally by the plutocratic Right-Wing capitalist EXTREMISTS of the Bush Administration with the help of DLC-Democrats. The current total U.S. debt stands at $8.184 TRILLION DOLLARS and the Statutory Debt Limit is only $8.184 TRILLION DOLLARS which is expected to be reached this month AND GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS CAN NOT BE FINANCED ANY LONGER THAN THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT MONTH. In the letter from John W. Snow to the Senate from the U.S. Treasury, I copied Billions when it was Trillions as it was difficult copying off the television screen from C-Span; but it is definite that the U.S. Governments borrowing power abroad is gone according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
What I have said here is getting ready to be perpetrated upon the citizens of the Working and Poor Class of the United States. All that will listen, please listen. The 70% MAJORITY POPULATION OF THE WORKING AND POOR CLASS HAS THE POWER AND HAD BETTER WAKE UP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
We are at a period in our history much the same as in Ancient Rome when Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon River and seized power. Either DEMOCRACY will cross and eliminate the threat or the Right-Wing Plutocrat Capitalist EXTREMISTS will cross and seize power from the people. Relatively the same way Caesar did when he crossed the Rubicon and conquered the citizens of Rome. Either way, the symbolic Rubicon is going to be crossed. Let it be for DEMOCRACY -- Abject Slavery doesn't look good on the American citizen.
