I'm sad for Tom DeLay, really, I am...

From the Houston Chronicle:
A federal judge ruled today that Republicans cannot replace former U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay on the ballot for the 22nd Congressional District race.
U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks, a Republican appointee, ruled that DeLay must appear on the Nov. 7 ballot as the GOP nominee for the congressional seat that he abandoned last month.
Sparks said DeLay could "withdraw'' from the race under Texas election law, but that still would not allow the Republicans to replace him on the ballot.
Gee, that's just too darn bad...

Hot Tub Tom looks like the king of pop (without the makeup).
why does this news make me so damn happy? course, some voters being as uninformed as they are, you never know.... some might just vote for the idiot- someone ed schultz had on today reminded listeners that his last remarks were that he loved all the partisanship and thought there should be more and more of it- dare i say? bring it on, big guy
Yeah,I feel sorry for him too. While I'm sitting here lying,I'd also like to wish condolances to the Lay family for their loss.

Good for Federal Law. The Supreme Court is trying to keep things balanced. The Supreme Court that stopped counting of votes in 2000 has had some changes in the Court and it looks like they are starting off, honest. Wonder how long it will last before the two new ones will become corrupt?
Gee thats breaks my heart, but people have such short memories and I'm sure we going to have a high alert scarerism tactic that it wouldn't surprise me to see him win.
