As Democrats nationwide prepare for the Democratic National Committee's "Democratic Reunion" organizing events this Saturday, the DNC Podcast will feature Chris Redfern, Chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party. In his interview, Chairman Redfern discusses the upcoming events in Ohio and the impact of DNC Chairman Governor Howard Dean's "50 State Strategy" in crucial states such as Ohio.

"To be successful as Democrats, we have to be able to compete in every state and every county across the union. Here in Ohio, the DNC, under Chairman Dean, has made significant investments in our field staff, in technology and infrastructure within the party, and we've used those improvements, and we use those improvements every day, to talk to voters.

We're going to gather together at the Democratic Reunion on July 29th...and we're going to go out and talk to voters in such a way so that we know who we're talking to, we're going to know the issues that matter most, and we'll be able to get those voters to the polls come this November. And we're going to be able to do that with the resources provided by the Democratic National Committee under Chairman Dean," said Redfern.
