John McCain - A Video Montage

The myth of John McCain and the Straight Talk Express may soon die. At least that is what the folks at The Real McCain are working on. (And it's about time!) Check out their video montage of McCain, it's a must-see!

Gee, talk about flip-floppers. Who could BELIEVE him after what he's said on these big issues? But he's a nice guy.

Lucky for him, Rudy spoke to a room full of Republicans in NH over the weekend, and it was the performance of a candidate for high school class President. But he's a nice guy.

I'm pretty sure that Pat Buchannan is triangulating to enter win. You watch... and he's a smart guy.

Republicans know they have NO chance to win in 2008.

It's over!

Period!

Actually, they only have a chance IF Democrats nominate a candidate with "issues" or questionable experience.

FYI, I don't think that includes Edwards. I think Mrs. Edwards is a plus John, not because she's a survivor, but because she's normal.

Don't you think the MSM wants a close horse race so they make MANY HUNDREDS OF MILLION$ MORE?

good for you. Your 50 will do a lot with Speilberg's money.

I think I'll give $50 to Speaker Pelosi just for her... and for you... and for WOMEN who DO STAND and FIGHT, and have a PROVEN RECORD of LEADERSHIP that makes them real Presidential material.

Too bad the media reports more about Obama's maybe run, rather than the work and accomplishments of a REAL LEADER like Pelosi. It's a game the MSM is playing, and plays with democrats. Some people just play along with the hype, give power to the biased polls, rather than fight for fairness in reporting. Some of us Dems are exposing it and demanding better: www.mediamatters.org

But I suppose some will always be fair-weather, johnny-come- lately candidates... rather than support a proven woman who IS IN CHARGE, AND DESERVES CREDIT AND SUPPORT.

SPEAKER PELOSI FOR PRESIDENT! GOD BLESS NANCY!!!

New Polls Show Hillary Up
Another poll has come out that answers the question "can Hillary win?" A Newsweek poll shows that she beats John McCain by six points, getting to the magic number of 50.

People don't get it. Unless the media stops reporting on polls for a race 2 years out, rather than issues and progress being made TODAY, it is more likely that the Dems will lose, or not take a strong majority in the House and Senate.

Look at it this way: How many stories have the MSM run TODAY on Hillary and Obama, like Hillary singing and making the Evil guy comment, compared to ANY ISSUE that Democrats and Speaker Pelosi took on, and had something intelligent to say??? Get it!!! The MSM runs way more stories on maybes and hype, rather than the Do-Something-Democrats-for-typical-Americans. It's how corporate America controls the masses.

Gee, I wonder why the public is not warming up to Democrats more? Could it be that the MSM is showing too much Clinton/Obama barbs, rather than reporting on a strong woman, like Nancy Pelosi, and strong vet, like John Murtha, kicking ass and taking names, and making REAL PROGRESS in the "Peoples' House?"

Uh, no duh there's a lot of racism in this nation but there's enough "normal" people out there who don't give a rats hoot about it to out vote the Bigots. As far as running Obama up against a man tramp who's married to his own cousin (disgusting) , I don't think his campaign would want to go there. Just because you "happened" to be the Mayor in a time of memorable crisis, doesn't make you a hero. I would rather have a Marlboro man who's devoted to his ONE wife who may have done what many Americans have done including Bill Clinton in "experimentation with a controlled substance" than, a man who has had more wives than Joesph Smith. I also, would rather have a man who in his two years , passed and co-sponsored more legislation than his collegues and who has more to show for his record than an anti-flag burning ammendment and an authorization to go to war in Iraq. I also would rather have a Commander in Cheif who will listen to the Military as opposed to a man who thinks being a POW qualifies him to run a nation.

So, yes I would rather have "No More Drama and vote Barack Obama" than a "We've all had his Salami Rudy Guiliani", " I Haven't Got Time For The Pain John Mc Cain" , "My sister is my Mommy Mitt Romney" and "Right Wing Spitten Hillary Clinton".

Thank you for your comments. I threw up when I got to the Clinton/Obama part and was unable to continue. I will be pushing for an Obama/Edwards ticket in 2008. Hillary Clinton is the frontrunner only because right now she is being visiously forcefed down the American peoples throats by the Media. I am happy about this because when you overeat, you throw up and when the American people start blowing Hillary Clinton Chunks, it will end her bid for the White House leaving room for an Obama/Edwards ticket.

:)

I personally dont think Hillary will win, especially if bill is sneaking around in the shadows with monica...........

Posted by fredz on January 30, 2007 at 01:32 AM

Monica is old news. He's got Belinda Stronach as his new Billionare fling now. I thinks it's disgusting that people still want to give them a pass and get all huffy pissed off when Democrats, like me who are sick of the bullshit that these two keep putting our party through ,bring it up. The Republicans are loving the fact that Hillary is the frontrunner. They LOVE it.We need some fresh clean people. I'm sick of the embarrassing bullshet.I'm sick of these two dragging the Democratic Party through the mud and I'm sick of the jokes, the cartoons, the women .....all of it. It's just nasty. They are nasty and I'm sick of being judged by these two . They need to go away and take their nasty pervert bullshet drama lifestyles with them. Just go away and leave us the hell alone instead of drag the entire Democratic Party into their nasty mess. Don't nobody wanna see all that nasty shet about their sex lives plastered on the news every single day all over again. That's what's going to happen. I'm sick of it as a Democrat. I'm sick of it as a American. I'm sick of it as a human being . I want someone clean.

Obama/Edwards 2008!

So Fresh and so Clean.

Seriously!

As a Republican I'm going to let you in on something, but mums the word, OK? If my Republican buddies find out I've divulged this information, I'll never hear the end of it.

Listen to FreedomOfSpeech. He's absolutely spot on. We're rubbing our hands in glee at the possible opportunity of a Hillary candidacy. She has as much chance of winning as George W. does a third term.

Barack Obama? (he's someone even I might consider voting for)

There's an 83 year old woman who live 3 houses north of me. We get together once a month when the block club meets.

She asked me last October how she could donate $25 to one of the campaigns. I guess I should have told her that her money wouldn't do much good given all the other big money the candidate was raising.

She and her husband never had any kids and when she dies she wants to give the equity in her home and what she has left in the bank to Social Security because she's heard it's trouble.

She thinks Obama's a nice young man. Next time we get together, I'll be sure to let her know that you think she's a chump.

dorsano on January 30, 2007 at 08:47 AM

I for one have had little respect for McCain from the time I first took a web poll and discovered how far his stances are from mine. Although that same poll showed that Dennis Kucinich was much closer than Howard Dean to what I believe, I have to give Dr. Dean credit for recognizing that decent people in red states will come to the polls if the Democrats offer them someone who acts like a Democrat, while they will stay home and let the Republican win if given a choice between two scumbags.

How dare you say that. But since you want to go there... Make sure you tell her that he is a nice young man, who smokes cigerettes, smoked pot, and did cocaine. But tell her you don't think it was crack... just lines of coke. She can donate to him so her money can go to RJ Renyolds, and buying off leaders in the State Senate who might speak up. And tell her that even Rick James liked coke too. It's the truth, right? Or do you want to manipulate an old lady by hiding the truth? So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

BFD. Bush is a nasty old prick who did cocaine, but I don't think it was crack. I think his old man made sure the Contras didn't deliver their crack to his neighborhood, just to the ghettos where the thousand points of light supposedly are.

25
60srad on January 30, 2007 at 12:13 PM

It is a big deal. Bush was never stupid enough to admit it.

I wonder if the coke was in his "investment adviser" days? That's a fine group of people, historically.

Can you imagine if it would come out that one of his clients lost some money, and the money went unaccounted... or up someone's nose? Not good.

I'm trying to think of ONE honest, ethical "investment adviser" I've ever known... still thinking.

Say, I went to some Chicago and Mid-west activist conferences, and I don't remember meeting BHO. humm... I wonder what kind of activist he was? "Community organizer" is a generic term that could include everything from my social justice work to PETA.

I was rather taken aback by the youtube video, and would really ask everyone to look into the words edited out around the comments on gay marriage. On Hardball, Todd Purdum, Vanity Fair National Editor, thought McCain was looking for a word to decribe a homosexual union. Both times, McCain did say he didn't have a problem with homosexual unions, and both times McCain said he wanted to protect the "sanctity" of the union between a man & a woman.

What I want to know from John McCain is - what benefits will homosexual unions have? Tax Benefits? Hospital Visitation Rights? Automatic property transfers should one partner pass away?

You can see for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxV_850LSkU&NR

John McCain has always been a straight talker - and it tore me up inside to see George Bush trash him with dirty tricks during the 2000 elections. Please Please PLEASE don't make the same mistake.

(* Hillary Clinton & Barack Obama would make a FANTASTIC team; Hillary & John Conyers would be just as good! *)

29
McCain-in-4 on January 31, 2007 at 06:44 AM

As a Democrat I'm going to tell you something. Please don't tell anyone else.

These days, our poor Republican friends have so little to cling to. Two houses gone, investigations beginning by several Congressional committees into their myriad abuses of power and the Constitution over the past six years, one after another elected official resigning in disgrace and being hauled off in handcuffs, the prospect of The Decider having to actually veto laws he doesn't like instead of crafting another 800 or so signing statements explaining why he'd really rather be the Judicary Branch rather than the Executive Branch, the prospect of actually working with Democrats (Eee-oohh!) in the Congress instead of simply ignoring them as they have in the last three sessions, watching a female Speaker shamelessly ply her "San Francisco" values of equal rights and equal opportunity...oh my! The next two years look pretty horrible for them and I suspect that most of them will be going to sleep on tear-stained pillows.

So let's concede them the masturbatory fantasy of a Hillary Clinton nomination, shall we? Since their political rhetoric generally boils down to "Bbbbbb-but Clinton" anyway (meaning: "Uh, golly, I guess you're right") it will ease the intellectual burden of participating in the political dialogue. They'll only need to change the gender of their tired, old arguments.

Until we nominate someone else, that is.

Lou Dobbs has been talking about the two border
guards who were rail-roaded and sent to prison
for shooting a drug-dealer in the leg. The federal
court on Bush's orders allowed the drug-dealer to testify against the guards and go free.
There is six Republican Senators who are standing
up and fighting for these guards with zero Democrats.
Lou Dobbs has done nothing but "good" for this
party and is giveing the Democrats a chance to
stand up to, for these border guards.
How many votes will this party lose from people
thinking we are supporting drug pushers over the
border and support sending our border guards to
prison???? My, My, we have come a long way to win
the last election just to lose the next.
