Romney hits on home state in new ad:

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who routinely jokes about “liberal” Massachusetts while stumping for the 2008 GOP presidential nomination, is taking a swipe at his own state in a new campaign TV ad that debuts today.

At the start of the 30-second spot, photos of Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) and former Massachusetts Gov. Michael S. Dukakis appear, as well as a newspaper headline about Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.).

In a foreboding voice, the narrator says: “In the most liberal state in the country, one Republican stood up and cut spending, instead of raising taxes. He enforced immigration laws, stood up for traditional marriage and the sanctity of human life.” Romney then appears and says: “This isn’t the time for us to shrink from conservative principles. It’s a time for us to stand in strength. Strong military, strong economy, strong families.”

Massachusettes is not filled with Romney's base. He is expected to stab backs in Mass. The Dems stabbing the backs of the American people is as big a shame on them as this war is on Bush.

Another rubber stamp congress!

I agree with the above post. This site should take down the "Kicking Ass" banner and replace it with a "Kick Me" banner
