Jim Inhofe Launches Campaign for Tin Foil Hat Caucus Chair

Break out the tin foil hats. Apparently the women of Congress have a "conspiracy."

Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barbara Boxer have big plans to rein in conservative radio talk shows, according to Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla.

He said Thursday on John Ziegler's evening radio show on KFI in L.A. that he overheard Clinton, D-N.Y., and Boxer, D-Calif., saying they want legislation to control conservative radio talk shows.

When there are reports like this, why it so difficult to believe that Hillary and Boxer want to limit free speech even more than the Bush administration? Of course they're going to deny it.

Most paranoid schizophrenics hear voices in their heads that nobody else can.

It's time the AM radio stations figured out that only the right wing-nuts listen to their stations. I haven't listened to AM radio for many years, because of the offensive, rabid conservative broadcasting and the outright lies that were spewing from AM stations.
FM radio is mostly "Top 40" being played over and over ad nauseam, but you can get NPR stations sometimes.
However some areas of the country even FM radio is a wasteland between country "Top 40" and the Evangelicals who like to set their transmitters to drowned out all the stations in their part of the spectrum in non-compliance with FCC rules.
If you want some sounds while traveling through some parts of the country, you need a good CD player and a large box of CDs, but forget finding a reliable news station.
These stations are killing radio.
