He sounds like another Fred Thompson. They don't like to be bothered by dealing with consituents who are unhappy.

Maybe if Republican legislators addressed the real problems in this country instead of massaging their own egos they wouldn't have to worry about little green men. A guilty conscience and cause you to fear a lot of things.

This is so typical of both parties these days...take something out of context and post it up on you tube. Even Open Left posted an update to what Bunning was referring, at least giving a link to the full explanation. How sad that both parties have resorted to jumping to conclusions and not getting all the information before making wild claims and accusations.

Is Bunning a bad Senator? I don't know. I'm not from his state. Is he senile as some seemd to be claiming? Again, I don't know. I'm not his doctor.

But based on one clip, and indeed it is a clipping, not an entire piece, to jump to conclusions about the guy, well, it's not just ludicrous. It's wrong.
