An interesting trick Reid is using, however, Bush says that the Senate is in fact not in session, thus he used the pocket veto. I wonder who will win this scenario. No matter who wins, the American citizen loses when our elected representatives continue to play stupid political blame games and refuse to do the job for which they were elected.
