Rudy Floats A Veep Name

Cheney?!?!?
Would a Rudy Giuliani administration be populated with a Cabinet of Republican rivals and a powerful, all-knowing vice president like Dick Cheney? Possibly, according to musings Giuliani shared in answers to questions from New Hampshire voters yesterday in Hooksett.

Nahhh....
Joe Lieberman has a lock on the second spot on any Republican ticket.
As we watch this quadrennial farce play out again, and a few dozen or so Midwest grange meetings decide which 4-6 candidates are "unelectable," there is always the hope of achieving some sort of electoral reform by enacting the National Popular Vote("NPV") and tossing the Electoral College system into the trash, where it belongs.
Kudos to the New jersey legislature for joining Maryland in adopting the NPV compact! Illinois should come on board soon, and more to come...
Please contact your state reps to support this perfectly legal, simple, and rational reform of our method of electing our president:

Lieberman is a rat. Why doesn't he just put an R after his name?
Rather than refer to the Republicans (which I use to be one of) as "new-cons" I prefer to refer to them as "neo-nazis." I got this from watching the KPBS series "WAR" noting the similarity of the present Republican mentality to the NAZI's in their development during the 1930's. Plus, you should know, that George W's Grandfather had active dealings with the NAZI prior to and during WW2. see below...
'George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.
The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.
His business dealings, which continued until his company's assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.
I thought Mitt was Cheney's bitch.
Let's face it, Cheney's old ticker will never make another 4 or 8 years! they have him hiding out 3/4 of the time now. Hooked up to oxygen and iron lung machines.
I don't think we need to worry about who Rudy Boy will choose----he is down the toilet already.
I LOVE those firefighters and Policemen who are following rudy around the country, making sure the voters know what kind of POS Mayor he really was !
Backwall:
See, this is the trouble we face with those last few Republicans who are staunchly licking bush's boots! They do not READ history. They do not KNOW that the Bush's made their fortune from helping Hitler finance his Holocast ! (Not that they would probably care anyways, not a one of them have a brain nor a heart)
Backwall,
Wow, even I didn't know that George W. Bush's grandfather was involved in dealings with the Nazis of Germany. I always thought that Republicans were monsters and now hearing this, I was right to call them right-wing fanacial monsters. I just can't believe it was true. I hope those slave laborers are paid a lot of money for what Bush's family has done to them. George W. Bush and his whole rotten family deserves to be put in jail that is far away from any country for a long time for their sins.
