McCain's Finger in the Wind on Taxes

His latest position? "I will wait forever to increase Americans' taxes.."
You can interpret that as he won't favor raising taxes until the day he favors getting out of Iraq -- which is to say, never.
Problem is, it's another flip-flop from the man who lacks credibility on the issue, after changing his position so many times in favor of the politics of the moment. As Think Progress notes, only two weeks ago he declared, "I’m not making a 'read my lips' statement in that I will not raise taxes."
And then if that's not enough, what he said two weeks ago -- which he now flipped on -- was a flop itself. He said, almost word for word the 'read my lips' statement: "No new taxes, no matter what."
Oh, and did I mention that he was against the Bush tax cuts before he was for them?

mccain won't need to raise taxes, just adjust according to the needs of the repub donors...
mccain won't raise taxes on his donors, but may provide more tax breaks. as to us average americans, he may not raise taxes, but don't look for tax breaks either.
until mccain figures out that the iraqmire has cost us, will cost us, and will require costs to rebuild our depleted armed forces... than all bets are off.
one only hopes sooner than later the dog-cat fight between hillary and barack ends. until then, the focus by the media won't be economymire nor iraqmire, but their very public cat and dog fight.
thanks hillary and barack for giving mccain the room to make misstatements covered by the media to be not on the front page, instead you two slandering each and destroying the fabric of the demo party...on front pages and food for the repub talkin' heads. maybe, sure to last well into the 2012 elections. i hope i'm wrong.

Hey Michael, here are the videos of Governor Dean's appearances this morning plus some summaries. CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS...gee, he should be tired. Great interviews, he is so logical.
Videos of Dean's morning interviews today
He said in one of them that he knew he was being fair because both sides were mad at him.

Yeah, me three, I've got a finger in the air. Guess which one?
Let's see, we are already trillions in debt and it's growing by leaps and bounds. So, is he envisioning not raising taxes, until our creditors evict us and close down the country?
That would make it forever.
