Rove-Style Politics

From Think Progress:
During a public conversation in Texas last night with former Bush pollster Matthew Dowd, Sen. John McCain’s (R-AZ) media adviser, Mark Mckinnon, displayed “maps of the states broken down by electoral votes” that gamed McCain’s chances in November. According to Texas Monthly’s Evan Smith, “the printed header on both” maps “read ‘Karl Rove & Co.’”
If I were McCain, I'd watch out; Rove doesn't just use any math, he uses "the" math.

michael, adding from the web you url'd...
"During the chat, McKinnon also revealed that “McCain would be happy to have Bush campaign with him in the fall” and “that he had no intention of running from Bush.”"

let's face it. either hillary or barack is a whole lot better than more of the same (aka bush) with mccain.
i would have voted for richardson, then barack, but will vote hillary. already we've a problem with the 3rd party guy, remember the spoiler (aka ralph nader) in 2000? yep, the repubs are having a field day watching us implode. add to the mix the fox of politicos aka rove...he'll be there for mccain. eventhough last time he helped to cream mccain for bush 2.
demos have a choice. mccain or a united democratic party.

thanks mariednc
i've been wanting to post on the regular, but too many distractions, non-issue slanders and the trolls. i'd like to think it's part of the process, but the reality is that the wounds may not heal and instead of issues being discussed, more fuel is provided to the repub talking heads. wish the demos, both barack and hillary would simply cease and understand, including bill clinton, that if they stuck to the issues, more ground would be gained. at this rate we'll have mccain as default president with a congress of demos, bills to move america ahead stalled. stuck in iraq for worse, less money for the american economy, and saber rattlin' by mccain to iran, china, and russia. enough said. the wildfire on the regular blog is outa control and the only people loving it are the trolls and karl rove.
