Capito to Deliver Adult Education Commencement; Voted for Budget Cuts on Student Programs

Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito (R-Charleston, W.V.) will speak at an adult education graduation ceremony in Kanawha County on May 30.

It is most certain that Rep. Capito will speak of the vast opportunities that are opening up for the new graduates, but guess what won't be in that speech: Rep. Capito three times voted for the Republican budget for fiscal year 2006 that included the largest cut ever for student loan programs at $12.7 billion.
