McCain Claiming to Have Highest Awards From All Veterans Organizations?
Posted by Michael Link on May 23, 2008 at 01:16 PM
Another claim he'll likely be forced into backtracking from, since it's clearly not true. Here are some of the failing grades that McCain has received from these organizations, via Think Progress:
- Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America gave McCain a grade of D for his record of voting against veterans. [...]
- Disabled Veterans of America noted McCain’s dismal 20 percent voting record on veterans’ issues. [...]
- In a list of “Key Votes,” Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) notes McCain “Voted Against Us” 15 times and “Voted For Us” only 8. [...]

As a military veteran who is active in veterans' affairs, I have earned the right to tell McCain that he is a bull shitting, hypocritical piece of crap.

Hillary:
"It is so tough to prove that you are qualified when you are a woman."
bo:
"Yep sweetie, soon the 48 States will have voted I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I will be the nominee and you can go home and bake some cookies"
McCain
"I love cookies! The soft ones that are good on my teeth. I'm gonna have plenty of those at my inauguration!"
Hillary's voters
"These boots are made for walking and I'm gonna walk away...
WE WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO THE CONVENTION!
COUNT EVERY VOTE"!

McSame's mother gave him a pat on the head once, and she was in the War of 1812. Does that count?

What, on God's green earth, does that have to do with veterans' issues???
One reason I'm not voting for Clinton, is she doesn't seem to think issues are important enough to campaign on.
As a female veteran, veterans' issues are very important to me.

Butte, get your eyes fixed and your ears opened. Hillary was the only one for quite a while to give her plans for each problem the USA of America has. O'Bama was talking like a King speaker, spreading hope, this is our time, dreaming, and then the first speech I heard he talked of what all the Blacks had been through, and how they overcome slavery, being unable to vote then being counted as 2/3'rds of a man, riding on the back of the bus, only black schools, etc. When Hillary won several States in a row. He started slowly copying her plans with a little change. This has truly been a Gender bash and O'Bama went along with it and promoted it behind the sceans. I have no idea what is wrong with America? She is by far the better candidate. Rave on but God knows what the people have done.

The people bashing Clinton should take this warning.
Clinton has more votes than O'Bama if you counted all her votes and didn't divide her Florida and Michigan votes with O'Bama.
We the people that support Clinton, could refuse to vote in the General Election!
"Then where would the testy people for O'Bama be?"
