McCain's 100 Year Pledge... of Unlimited Troops

Posted by Michael Link on June 10, 2008 at 12:04 PM

Brian Williams asked McCain about his support for 100 years in Iraq and whether he will support "however many U.S. troops are required."

The answer? Yes, he will.

I know, I know... the RNC will be outraged that I actually am showing the video of himself articulating his position in his own words. But simply claiming there would be zero casualties over 100 years doesn't make it so, and he's clearly saying that no matter what happens, there's no limit to troop numbers in Iraq during that time he'd support.

McCain apparently thinks that wiping out a generation or two of our kids will solve the unemployment problem caused by the multinationals shipping our jobs overseas!
McCain, as sociopathic as Bush, only more so!

Yes, he can't answer a straight talk express question without making it about victory not about when the troops can come home.

Yes, McCain wants to stay in Iraq for 100 years. And he does like war..the longer the better, because the victory is everlasting?

Victory for all. Service by only the few who are caught in the web of deceit and war profiteering.

What's going on with the "posting error" when attempting to post comments? Me thinks that the DNC wants to muzzle the minions.

Pelosi needs to either put impeachment on the table....or tell us who or what lobbying organization twisted her arm to keep it off the table.

Was McCain sitting in a rocking chair when he made those comments?

And is he demented?
