Still not working, I see.
(I can do this for as long as it is:
"Still not working")
Ya see?
Does anyone else find the 'work ethic' post funny considering this blog hasn't worked in at least a month?
Evening all good Dems,
I received a reply from my congressbitch heater wilson. She was bragging about the energy bill and gave me the impression that the neocons have introduced their own bill without consulting with the Democrats.
She really pisses me off. She spewed the following: "Since the beginning of this year I have been working with my Republican
colleagues on the House Energy and Commerce Committee on a broad range of policy initiatives to solve our energy problems.
What is wrong with these bastards. They are supposed to be working together with Democrats who head the committee to solve our energy problems.
She is toast.
The blog is still screwed up. Probably the stench from the troll.
...Gen. Petraeus won’t let folks use words like ‘triumph’ or ‘victory’ or say ‘we’re winning.’...
Petraeus prohibits phrase ‘We’re winning’ in connection with Iraq.
There goes McSame's debate talking point.
Even Betray-US KNOWS this whole thing is a shit storm and Chimpy is just biding time until he can openly swill booze again at a crack house. (The ONLY thing at which he has ever excelled).

MY thoughts EXACTLY.
FIX
THIS
THING!!
If I was a Democrat I would be very embarrassed by this blog.
Posted by Sally*Sally* on July 3, 2008 at 12:15 AM
You are a democrat! there are countless D's on your voter registration.
So, that makes you very embarrassed.
Evening dusty,
I thought this blog fix was meant to eliminate the trolls. The blog is working like bush.
the fascist corporate lap dancing rethugs continue trotting out the old status quo to justify their illegal occupation of a soveriegn nation. the cash registers are ringing to loudly in their ears for them to hear the band is playing a different tune. their arrogant assersions that they are the 'deciders' for an entire region of the world is becoming universally laughable. that the entire world is eagerly awaiting a new direction from america and is hopeful that obama will lead the way is more than sufficient evidence that we will emerge from the dark ages of the past eight years and the self-serving inbreds will be history...peace!
the only regulars on this blog anymore are the buttwipe trolls.
Shouldn't your unemployed ass be in Moorehead at your "bi-curious diaper and dildo fetish" club? After all, since your job went kaput you have all the time in the world to travel, (If your UB check covers the gas and motel fees and "feels.)
You are one strange dude.
give me a break! voter registration is a public record.
You can't vote in a Primary Election unless you declare. Now, why don't you quick being a dumbass instead of a smartass.
Hey Bold, call the number listed here (tomorrow during business hours) and see if it's public record. If you have questions regarding elections in Pine County, please call the Pine County Auditor's Office at 320-591-1670, toll free 1-800-450-7463 ext. 1670
The first and the last president of the USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev, is deeply concerned about the excessive presence of the defense factor in modern-day politics and thinking. Gorbachev is particularly concerned about the United States, because its foreign and home polices target not only American citizens alone.
Mikhail Gorbachev believes that the USA needs to fully reduce its nuclear weapons to exclude disbalance on the international arena.
“Even USA’s internal problems have stopped being purely internal problems. I am talking about the economy, first and foremost. It is possible to solve the problem of the huge US budget deficit with the help of a conveyor printing green notes nonstop. However, it can be possible just for a while. This mechanism can not work endlessly,” Mikhail Gorbachev wrote in an article published in the Rossiiskaya Gazeta newspaper.
Gorbachev believes that the USA conducts its foreign policy to exaggerate its role in the world, particularly in the field of anti-terrorist struggle and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
“It was typical for the current administration, especially during George W. Bush’s first presidency, to solve all these problems mainly with the use of military means, threats and pressure. Will US presidential candidates find an alternative approach to these serious problems? This is the most important question today,” Gorbachev believes.
"I am deeply concerned over increasingly visible signs of the militarization of politics and thinking in the modern world. They want to get people accustomed to the fact that almost any problem can be solved in a very simple way – with the use of the military force, even though the military route again and again leads to a dead-end," the former Soviet president wrote.
Mikhail Gorbachev thinks that it is enough to look back at the examples of North Korea and Iran.
“Having spent several years on bellicose rhetoric, the US administration started serious talks with North Korea with the participation of South Korea and other countries of the region. The result followed soon afterwards, albeit not at once: they started to close the North Korean nuclear program. Of course, the Iranian problem has its own specific character. Maybe, it is even more difficult. However, it cannot be solved with threats and phantom hopes for a regime change,” Gorbachev wrote.
“Let us imagine that the world will get rid of nuclear weapons in 10 or 15 years. What will be left? Piles of conventional weapons, latest types of them, the power of which would be comparable to that of WMDs. A lion’s share of them will be owned by one country, the USA, which will thus obtain the overwhelming predominance in the world,” Gorbachev believes.
“Nowadays the USA makes a half of world’s defense products. The country has over 700 army bases spreading from Europe to most remote corners of the world. Those are only officially recognized bases. It seems that the Cold War has never been a matter of the past. It seems that the USA is surrounded by enemies, against which the country can struggle with the use of tanks, missiles and planes. Only empires used to interpret their security like that,” Gorbachev said.
In other words, bush has his head up his ass.
Mikhail Gorbachev believes USA acts like modern-day empire
Barack Obama on Tuesday proposed changing bankruptcy laws to "fast-track" the process for military families, help seniors keep their homes, and protect people recovering from natural disasters.
The Democratic presidential hopeful also accused Republican rival John McCain of repeatedly siding with the banking industry, saying, "When it comes to strengthening the safety net for hardworking families, he's been part of the problem, not part of the solution."
More................
Way to go Barack! The neocons screwed Americans with the new bankruptcy law. I'll bet the MSM hides this one.
Barack Obama proposes to change bankruptcy laws to help those in need
Petraeus prohibits phrase ‘We’re winning’ in connection with Iraq
Winning WHAT?, doo-bee? What is there to win? The GOAL was to have the three sects learn how to live and govern and share the oil with each other! That has failed! That shall continue to fail, as long as the US puts their own companies in to steal the oil. The 3 very different sects refuse to live together the way they did under Hussein.
there can be NO VICTORY or SUCESS or WIN in Iraq!
How the Resistance Will Eventually Kick the Americans Out
One thing the United States doesn't get about guerrilla warfare: It's not over until the guerrillas win.
04/07/08 "AlterNet" --- It's very easy to see what's up in Iraq right now -- if you're willing to face it. The trouble is, most "experts" aren't willing. That has been the pattern right from the beginning. We didn't want to admit there even was an insurgency, and even now, nobody misses a chance to declare that "the surge worked," as if that translates to "we win, it's over, let's go home."
Fact number one about guerrilla wars: They're not over until the guerrillas win. Mao set out the guerrilla's viewpoint 80 years ago: "The enemy wants to fight a short war, but we simply will not let him." The longer the guerrillas stay in the game, the sicker the occupying army gets. Sooner or later, they'll go home -- because they can. It's that simple, and it works. So anyone who tells you it's over is just plain ignorant. That's one thing you can rule out instantly.
But people keep saying it. The most recent and ridiculous take is that "Moqtada al Sadr is renouncing violence." Talk about naive! What led these geniuses to that conclusion is that on June 13, Moqtada al Sadr, leader of the biggest and toughest Shia militia, the Mahdi Army, sent out a big announcement: "From now on, the resistance will be exclusively conducted by only one group. ... The weapons will be held exclusively by this group." In other words, he's switching from a big, sloppy, amateur force to a select group of professional guerrillas.
Also, there'll be a non-military role for the civilian supporter, working on local politics to "liberate the minds from domination and globalization."
Ok, hours and hours for a post to show up.
Enjoy the evening, everyone.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Abkhazia told bush to go fuck himself. This is a Russian Republic. What does the Asshole continue to interfere in Russia's sphere of influence.
The breakaway Georgian republic of Abkhazia has rejected a U.S. proposal to deploy an international police force there, its leader said Tuesday.
Abkhazia rejects USA’s offer to deploy peacekeeping forces there
It looks like Poland is going to tell bush to fuck himself too. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Asshole is also interfering in Manchuria or Mongolia trying to steal their national resources. Asshole isn't after oil but Uranium. He is competing with Russia on this score.
Why doesn't bush just stick it up his ass and while he is at it he should stick it up cheney's ass too.
have you ever noticed when Sally digs real deep in the bullshit googles and finds some crazy article against global warming, she (and I say she because he is such a girlie man), that you never see a link? LOL. He sure is going to be one pissed off varmit, when either Obama Or McBush gets in and the first thing they do , is start fixing global warming! Don't ask me why though, he doesn't pay any taxes anyways, selling garbage he buys at yard sales on Ebay.
see, here is why simple little minds will not accept global warming. Their heros in the White house have refused to let the REAL information and truth make it out to the public. So of course, small minds go along their merry little way, thinking everything is hunky dorry!
"Vice President Dick Cheney's office pushed for major deletions in congressional testimony on the public health consequences of climate change, fearing the presentation by a leading health official might make it harder to avoid regulating greenhouse gases, a former EPA officials maintains.
When six pages were cut from testimony on climate change and public health by the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention last October, the White House insisted the changes were made because of reservations raised by White House advisers about the accuracy of the science.
But Jason K. Burnett, until last month the senior adviser on climate change to Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Stephen Johnson, says that Cheney's office was deeply involved in getting nearly half of the CDC's original draft testimony removed.

didn't you have to laugh your ass off today, when Bush was on TV saying it was China and India who were holding up Global Warming progress???????? Who does he think he is fooling, anyways? ( ooops, there is still 23% of the simple minds out there that do still believe him!!)
Looks like our elected Democrats are going to sell us all down the river tomorrow along with Obama. I was going to write a check for him but I'm thinking not - the 4th Admenment means too much to me to waste my money.
I'm disgusted with Obama and the Democrats. No wonder they have a 9% approval right now. Harry and Nancy must go...they are no leaders.
just a little reminder of which city in the US is the HOTTIEST and getting HOTTIER!!
57% of Major U.S. Cities Are Seeing Warmer Winters
San Francisco (WeatherBill.com) – Winter is getting warmer for 57 percent of some of the biggest cities
in the United States. That’s the latest finding from the weather risk managers at WeatherBill. The study
highlights temperature changes across 42 states and 130 cities and finds that more than half of the large
cities studied are experiencing an increase in winter temperatures, especially in the Midwest.
In the winter, November through February, 74 of the 130 cities studied show increasing temperatures.
Increases are most prevalent in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and in the Midwest. Eight
Midwestern cities, including Minneapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee and Omaha, show at least a 0.2ºF increase
annually. That equals a 6.0ºF increase over a 30 year period. Cities are experiencing temperature
increases in every United States region except the Pacific.
The study uses thirty years of historical data from 130 National Weather Service Stations to determine
winter and summer temperature trends for U.S. cities with a population of at least 100,000.
Top Five Cities Experiencing Winter Warming Trends
#1 Minneapolis/ St. Paul, Minnesota
Annual Trend Temperature: 0.2°F
Over 30 Years: 6.4°F
It’s not Minnesota summers that bring in the tourists. Winters are the bread-and-butter for the state.
Warmer winters are bad news for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The cities host winter
tourists who flock to the state for winter recreation. Skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing businesses face
revenue losses and cost increases when the mercury rises.

I love fact checking, Esme, to keep the Repugs honest! (hahaha, Honest? That's impossible with Repugs)
Pam,
I read where it was going to be 85 in San Francisco today. That is unheard of. I was born and lived in San Francisco for 23 years and it only got hot for a few days in September. We called it Indian Summer. It would normally be fogged in all summer. In the mid 50's I started seeing and smelling smog and worried at the time about the planet. The air in LA in the 60's was orange and it hurt ones chest to breathe.
gotta head out, Dems.......
I shall blog ya tomorrow! Have a good evening.
I know this multiple-personality discourse is called soliloquy (the act of talking to oneself) but what is it called when one answers himself disquised as different personas (Personas are fictitious characters that are created to represent the different user types within a targeted demographic that might use a site or product)?
well frances for one thing it is called pathetic, for another it is called absurd and for another it is called demented.
Cheney’s Office Said to Edit Draft Testimony on Warming
By ANDREW C. REVKIN
Published: July 9, 2008
Vice President Dick Cheney’s office was involved in removing statements on health risks posed by global warming from a draft of a health official’s Senate testimony last year, a former senior government environmental official said on Tuesday.
The former official, Jason K. Burnett, made the assertion and described similar incidents in a three-page letter to Senator Barbara Boxer, a California Democrat who is the chairwoman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. He then stood with her at a news conference at which she excoriated the Bush administration.
“History will judge this Bush administration harshly for recklessly covering up a real threat to the people they are supposed to protect,” Mrs. Boxer said...
it will be a pleasure to watch dickhead be pushed off the world stage and have to avoid heckling crowds and tomato throwing kids for the rest of his miserable exsistence...
I wonder what people on other countries think about this. I think it's stupid. I bet Iraqis think this is an attack on Islam. Bad policy.
The U.S. Christian military?
Randi Kaye
AC360° Correspondent
Is the United States Military becoming a Christian organization? That’s what one U.S. soldier tells us.
I met Army Specialist Jeremy Hall in Kansas City a few weeks ago. He’s based at Fort Riley, in Junction City, Kansas about an hour away.
At 24, he’s a remarkable young man determined to complete one final mission. That is to win a lawsuit against the federal government.
Specialist Hall is suing the Department of Defense and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld for failing to protect his religious freedom. He says the military discriminates against non-Christians and his rights under the First Amendment were denied.
Hall has served two tours in Iraq as a gunner. He’s back at Fort Riley now only because he says his life was threatened after it became public he is an atheist.
“I don’t believe in God, luck, fate, or anything supernatural,” Hall told me.
It wasn’t always that way. Hall grew up reading the Bible every night and saying grace at dinner. Then, after his first tour of duty, he met some friends who were atheist and decided to read the Bible again. He read the whole Bible, and had so many unanswered questions, he says, he decided to embrace atheism.
In the army, he says, that cost him dearly.
Hall says he was denied a promotion because of his beliefs, and felt his life was in jeopardy. He says the army assigned him a full-time bodyguard because of threats.
At Thanksgiving, Hall refused to pray with his table and says an officer told him to go sit somewhere else.
Also, after he was nearly killed when his humvee was attacked, he says a fellow soldier asked him, “do you believe in Jesus now?”
Hall says he was ostracized because he didn’t embrace fundamentalist Christianity.
We checked and religious discrimination is against military policy.
Bill Carr, the man in charge of military personnel policy at the Pentagon, told me, “if an atheist chose to follow their convictions, absolutely, that’s acceptable. And that’s a point of religious accommodation in department policy, one may hold whatever faith, or may hold no faith.”
Hall doesn’t want money from the military. He just wants soldiers to be guaranteed religious freedom. He plans to leave the army next year, as soon as he can, and wants to leave it a better place than when he first joined it, he says.
What do you think? Should military members be allowed to proselytize? Do you believe the Pentagon when it says this isn’t happening?

Did anyone see the DCCC ad with the Bush impersonator? It's GREAT! Nice work!
I love when he says "that's why they call us the GRAND OIL PARTY! " (he, he, he)
I'm glad someone is listening. lol.
Minnesota DOES have PRIMARY elections in which a voter declares which ballot they prefer.
The candidates and the issues the voter voted for are not public record....duh...that's why it's called a secret ballot.
Voter registration is a public record.
How about a few news articles about MN Primary Elections...you know, the ones that MN residents say the state doesn't conduct.

You tend to what you know...selling junk on ebay, I'll tend to what you call "government work". haha I bet I get paid a whole lot more than you and have a lot more respect too.
I don't save years and years of old posts...only ones I address when I have time (hence, the one I responded to this evening)
And buttwipeharpo, I don't hit the cooking sherry...but have been known to partake of the vine, just not lately.
Maybe Bold will do some research on your voter registration information too. hahaha
Time for this government worker to get ready for a busy day in the big city. Life is great and getting better all the time.

When I'm not so busy, I will share with everyone the awesome projects we have been working on for the voters in the state of Ohio.
electing mcsame would be a lot like electing zacherly...
PITTSBURGH (Reuters) - Presidential candidate John McCain, who once sang in jest about bombing Iran, on Tuesday reacted to a report of rising U.S. cigarette exports to the country by saying it may be "a way of killing 'em."
McCain, known for acerbic comments and for sometimes firing verbally from the hip, was responding to a report that U.S. exports to Iran rose tenfold during President George W. Bush's term in office despite hostility between the two states.
A rise in cigarette sales was a big part of that, according to an Associated Press analysis of seven years of U.S. trade figures.
"Maybe that's a way of killing 'em," McCain said to reporters during a campaign stop in Pittsburgh. "I meant that as a joke, as a person who hasn't had a cigarette in 28 years, 29 years," he added, laughing.
good thing we have sally to tell us how to win elections...hahahaha
"Here is tonites prediction for Greggy boy:
The Republicans will hold a 4 seat advantage in both the House and the Senate.
That prediction may change again but one thing is certain - it will not be a blowout year for either side.

what an asshole!
Morning all good Dems,
Looks like President Asshole is on his way back to the white house to spread more of his religious bullshit and outright lies. The entire world knows he is an asshole but they are just being polite.
I think that is the wrong approach. They should have kicked his ass in Japan and reproached him for being such and asshole.
Using the increase in average temperatures of cities to prove global frickin warmin is a communist trick to fool the stupid.Posted by Sally*Sally* on July 9, 2008 at 04:50 AM
Temperatures to confirm the dopey theory of global frickin warmin cannot be taken in cities. To do so is not scientific.
Posted by Sally*Sally* on July 9, 2008 at 04:46 AM
bwhahahahahahahahaha
He DARES to talk about what is SCIENTIFIC and what fools the stupid??????? He is a prime example of naive, easily manipulated, un-informed, simple minded ! A bubba like him could NEVER understand the concept of global warming, thus he tries to pretend it does not exist! Esme is right---you just go take care of your ebay garbage sales, and let the big guys take care of the environment and the warming trend we are in! Even Bush admitting it is real. No talk from him about any foolish dopey cooling going on! And he is just as stupid as you are!!
Let me tell you one more time, and read my lips this time: Global COOLING was a farce from the 70's. It was not real then, it is not real now. Got It????
Global cooling in general can refer to an overall cooling of the Earth. In this article it refers primarily to a conjecture during the 1970s of imminent cooling of the Earth's surface and atmosphere along with a posited commencement of glaciation. This hypothesis never had significant scientific support, but gained temporary popular attention due to press reports that did not accurately reflect the scientific understandings of ice age cycles and a slight downward trend of temperatures from the 1940s to the early 1970s. Scientific consensus is that the Earth has not durably cooled, but undergone a period of global warming in the 20th century.[1]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_cooling
OH, and as for your petitions by various scientists around the world who argue with global warming, try and follow along with this one!
The Case of the Bogus Petition (and the dodgy "Swindle")
Over the past several years a petition against the IPCC's views and the need for the Kyoto Protocol has circulated, claiming to be signed by 19,000 American scientists.
The petition is a hoax, intended to spin the idea that there is no scientific basis for claims about global warming.
According to the Union of Concerned Scientists of the USA:
“The Marshall Institute co-sponsored with the OISM (Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine) a deceptive campaign -- known as the Petition Project -- to undermine and discredit the scientific authority of the IPCC and to oppose the Kyoto Protocol. Early in the spring of 1998, thousands of scientists around the country received a mass mailing urging them to sign a petition calling on the government to reject the Kyoto Protocol. The petition was accompanied by other pieces including an article formatted to mimic the journal of the National Academy of Sciences. Subsequent research revealed that the article had not been peer-reviewed, nor published, nor even accepted for publication in that journal and the Academy released a strong statement disclaiming any connection to this effort and reaffirming the reality of climate change. The Petition resurfaced in 2001.”
In fact, American experts agree with the IPCC on its fundamental assertions, as indicated by the US National Academy of Sciences (NAS) support for the June 2005 joint declaration.
The Union of Concerned Scientists' website has an excellent summary of the "skeptic" organizations, their tactics, and other hoaxes such as the Leipzig Declaration.
sighhhh, must be feeding time at the kraut trough in Germany! They even give the dis-illusioned municipal workers time off to indulge!
Bragging about a fairy tale wife!
Here's what I ask you, old German fool!
WHAT are you doing with any woman who would have anything to do with you??????? Did you ever consider that? She must be a REAL rocket scientist! bwhahahahahahahahahahah
I was both saddened and angered by our Democratic Senators' vote today on FISA. I applaud those who did take a stand against this assault on the Fourth Amendment, especially Senator Clinton. IF Obama wins, we must all push for criminal investigations and prosecutions so this never happens again. A sad day...
