Thank you. My name is Tom Udall and I will be the next senator from New Mexico because George Bush economics are crushing the American middle class and Democrats are going to make the economy work again for all Americans.

And New Mexico will help Barack Obama get to 270 electoral votes, because in the West, we know Washington is broken and Barack Obama is the change we need.

It’s bad enough that John McCain and my opponent Steve Pearce have supported every one of George Bush’s special interest economic policies, but even though gas prices reached a new record, the deficit reached a new record, food prices reached a new record, health costs reached a new record, college education costs reached a new record.

This administration set more new records than Michael Phelps. Despite all these new records, John McCain and my opponent Steve Pearce want to continue George Bush economics four more years and try to set new records in middle-class misery.
