Why haven't we seen photos from the Kansas City event? That had to look as massive as the St. Louis event. And remember all those KC folks were not afraid to come out in the evening. I'm really impressed.

A remember an older black gentleman I met while canvassing this summer. He said that he had helped set up yard signs for Gore but not Kerry...he thought Kerry had it all wrapped up and he'll never make that mistake again.
Well, this time he was eager to volunteer and was going to help organize the young workers in his apartment complex...and personally make sure they get to the polls. There are a lot of folks committed to taking responsibility for making this thing happen this time.
As our candidate for Governor, Attorney General Jay Nixon, joked Saturday at the rally...." We cannot be over confident. So round up all your friends and pack them in the back seat of the car when you go to vote. That's the real reason there is a back seat in a car."
