TOMORROW: Gov. Howard Dean's ''Register for Change'' Tour Heads to St. Louis ahead of Vice Presidential Debate

Ahead of tomorrow's Vice Presidential Debate in St. Louis Gov. Howard Dean will attend a rally at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Gov. Dean's cross country, "Register for Change," bus tour started in George Bush's backyard in Crawford, Texas in mid-July. The tour continues to build on the overwhelming enthusiasm and voter turnout seen during the primaries as Democrats mobilize and organize voters for the fall election.
