I am happy for all Democrats. Of which, I am one. I can't get over the sweet attitude of Hillary Clinton. I still feel a little sad. We women were really hopeing that Hillary would be the first woman to be President. She is so very qualified and has a wonderful personality. I think she is over qualified to be Secretary Of State. I hope she won't be too old to run again in eight years. Maybe Chelsa Clinton will be qualified in four years to be Secretary of something?

It looks like they pinned his ears back. They probably used double sticky tape.

I believe Joan Rivers said Obama should tie his ears back. No telling what she would have told Lincoln to do...plastic surgery?

That's a nice photo of a man with a confident, intelligent, and friendly face. That's what we want all of our people to look like to the rest of the world. It will go a long way to combating terrorism and fostering alliances.

This is the face of America for the next four years and I couldn't be happier.

I've come to respect Senator Clinton even more since she ran for president. Once she found her voice and stood on her own merits, she's shown even her most ardent critics how capable and disarming she can be. I think she will make the perfect diplomatic representative for our country.

But please do not wish on Chelsea Clinton what Caroline Kennedy is now experiencing. It's always hard for any child to be compared to their famous parents.

I find it interesting that no one has ever questioned that a wife couldn't finish a term that had been held by their deceased of disabled spouse but an adult child is held to a higher standard. Generational bias?

That is a cross that women have had to carry so very long now. Since The beginning of time, to be sure. I first experienced it in the mid 50's. Maybe soon the women will be looked at as humans with a soul and many wonderful talents. Makes you wonder why men can't see the wonderful talents given to women by God and yet the men refuse to allow them to use them?
