Mike Quigley wins IL-05 seat
Mike Quigley the Democratic Cook County Commissioner won the special election to replace Rahm Emanuel in Congress. Emanuel resigned his seat to become the White House Chief of Staff. Representative-elect Quigley will be sworn in on April 21.
