October 24, 2009: Weekly Presidential Address

In this week's address the President shares his commitment to helping small businesses. The President has called on Congress to increase the maximum size of small business loans, announced that more credit is being made available for small local and community banks that support small business and reform efforts with help small businesses with rising health care costs. Small business must be at the forefront of our economic recovery.
