  • Jr. Data Services Manager

    The Democratic National Committee is currently seeking a dependable, highly motivated, well-organized individual to serve as a Jr. Data Services Manager. The Jr. Data Services Manager will be an active member of the National Data Team at the DNC, and will work closely with other national Democratic Committees, State Parties and Coordinated Campaigns to provide the following:

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the voterfile and data acquisitions process for the DNC Data team and coordinating with State Parties and campaigns
    • Work with State Secretary of State offices to acquire county files, state voterfiles, election vote history data, redistricting data, etc.
    • Be a liaison between the voterfile Team and State Parties to investigate and solve issues with voterfile updates campaign data systems
    • Train State Party staff on the available DNC Technology tools and the acquisition process
    • Run Release Notes reports after every file update and distribute to State Parties accordingly
    • Assist other Data Services Managers with Training Programs on VoteBuilder, Analytics, DNC Technology tools

    About You:

    You should have:

    • Experience as a State or National VoteBuilder Administrator
    • Campaign work experience at a Non-Profit or Local/State Campaign in field, data or digital
    • Attention to detail and the ability to keep track of different moving parts
    • Basic understanding and use of SQL
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
