As part of John Boehner and Eric Cantor’s never-ending quest to placate their Tea Party base, today Congressional Republicans voted for the 41st time to gut ObamaCare. Today’s vote comes on the heels of the non-partisan Center on Budget and Policy Priorities releasing a study that found that delaying implementation of the individual mandate “would raise the number of uninsured Americans by about 11 million in 2014” and individual market premiums would rise 27% over the current law.
