Alternatives to military service are American as Apple Pie and as old as this Republic. From 1942 till 1973 there was a draft in the United States thirty one years of summoned service alternative included. Objectors to the military dutifully performed alternative service during this period. Sad to say grades mattered and family wealth as well as religion mattered during this period. No intelligent society sends its most educated or best and brightest to the front a very few of them perform service in the rear areas usually well secured. Family religion and wealth can be manipulated to secure deferments from service through unmeritorious college enrollment. Objectivity of grading was a matter of life and death to many some sought to pull strings teacher associations are and were needed to ensure objective standards for academic performance. Those that placed well on military intelligent tests secured the best positions in the armed forces. The Army in case you do not know incurs the most causalities and has the lowest intelligence or if you would educational standards of the services. This sad fact was depicted in schools in films such as the lottery in which children draw straws and the loser is killed by the so called winners this was shown in my public elementary school during the draft years a stark reminder of the cruelty. The borders of the United States can be secured from air and sea invasion it is the enemy within that is bringing current security problems to the United States. Those most endangered by a draft which was defeated politically should be aware of their rights it is after all as most college educated persons know a dotted line.

The torch must be passed to those that are in the prime of life so that they can deal intelligently with modern problems. Those whose best days are far behind them need to enjoy the time they have left. The younger the office holder the more the future holds thus the better decision making. The Republican standard bearer is well past his prime. He was not among the best and brightest of his generation. His generation like my own was one that was largely overlooked, and asked to do some of the worst things society had to offer. Sad but this is the fact. Mr. McCain born in the depression raised in 1940's is out of touch with the world of 2008. The 1940's of his youth are long past, and were not that wonderful as history tells. He was born during the depression, and suffered during the Wars was a teenager in the fifties. When Elvis came out in 1954 Mr. McCain was around 18 years old. This background I find leaves for much catching up to do in order to deal with modern America. I as a 48 year old am on the back nine so to speak Mr. McCain has played the course, he played well for a poor student but is finished at best. George Bush currently roaming the globe keeps acting as if Americans asked him to bring them the world. Our founding fathers warned us about foreign entanglements we should heed their warning. Foreign trade is the cause of all foreign wars currently the United States is engaged in foreign war. So do we really need the oil and for what. Millions of gallons of fuel are clearly wasted by Americans yearly. So the question arises is this lifestyle of the rich and not so famous worth American blood and treasure. The haves are currently riding high handedly on the have nots telling them they must work in an economy that employs only half the people and leaves over 8 million job seekers unemployed. But is this for their luxurious life style or necessity? It seems the rich get the fun life style by expecting the less affluent to suffer through war for their aggrandizement. This is truly a serious evil. The fact is there is currently over 13 trillion dollars assigned to yearly produce over $40,000 dollars worth for every American man, woman, and child. It seems that work is obsolete especially since over 16% of the population can not afford health care. It does not seem that more work is the answer now or ever. A more equal distribution of the produce of this land is needed to uplift Americans. This is what conservatives attack for their multi-national foreign corporations they should be dealt with like the traitors they are.

Conservatives state that government must fail. This includes education as well. Some estimates foresee an America that is 40,000 doctors short in the next ten years. If this be the case would it not be a crime against humanity on the scale of the NAZI holocaust to attempt to raid other countries in order to obtain their much needed doctors. This is the answer that many operating private institutions suggest. Corporations want to use American education to educate there foreign labor and or bring the best and brightest of foreign countries here to be educated. Liberals have brought foreign students here with the idea of returning them to their country of origin to apply their education. Yet conservatives wish to fail our system and raid foreign institutions supported by would be American tax dollars for the profit motive. We need to educate Americans to be engaged at American style pay not raid countries for cheap foreign labor. This is happening on a large scale and is a failure. We have many bright students who can pursue higher education to include medicine but they need support. All to often the practice of medicine is for those that can afford it not those who have the ability. So we must chose our welfare or crimes against humanity the easier way is the crime as usual.

Republicans that attack Mr. Obama's character are sniping because their candidate is the lesser man of the two remaining office seekers. Mr. Obama has an Ivy league education to include a law degree. In his short term in government service he has dealt with matters at the highest level in an organization often headed by Republicans. He has chose not to become engaged in their foolish folly on many occasions thus his votes in that respect. Muckrakers and character assassins have made much about Mr. Obama and his associations leaving out the fact that guilt by association is criminal in this country. They have done their Tory best to assassinate his character as if the office of President was all powerful which it is not the President is one of 537 members of Congress. Mr. McCain finished near the bottom of his class at Annapolis went on to the War College but was turned down for Full Admiral a good decision given his temper and placement near the bottom of his class. We are supposed to be a meritocracy and in a meritocracy class placement is an important matter. Mr. Obama did well enough for the Ivy League and an attorneys position as well as instructor of law. Mr McCain did poorly at a Military Academy. We all know that Military intelligence is an oxymoron.

All too often fascist, communists, and royalist are gaining acceptance of their police state ideology coupled with forced labor. This appeals to those that did not want employment to begin with,and were forced by society into mostly low paying tedious jobs with no future. These police state supporters falsely claim that stripping people of rights will enrich those that work. It is simply pitting the downtrodden against each other in a sick return to blood sports. Liberty enables employees to bargain for wages forced labor goes unpaid. Those are simple facts that is why fascist, communists and royalist seek forced labor or a requirement to work. So as democrats we are for real uplifting opportunity not expectations or requirements to work that is forced labor that will not bare fruit for the employee or society. Let them do free enterprise means we are willing to do certain things for money not work at all.

There are about 3 million deaths a year in the United States many caused by toxic pollution especially in urban areas. Worldwide it is estimated that 40% of deaths are caused by toxic pollution. If these numbers compare with facts in the United States roughly 1 million deaths are caused by pollution in the United States yearly. There are about the same number of births in the United States yearly 3 million according to published figures. It is apparent that the government is derelict in its duty. Furthermore it is also evident that Business is a murderer that can not be trusted or never could be trusted with our lives. It is high time the government stopped attacking the birthrate especially that of the have nots and restarted a full frontal assault on for profits murders.

The facts are that John McCain placed near the bottom of his class and is married to an alcohol distributor. This combination leaves him unfit for the highest office in the land. No only is he beyond his prime he never was the best or brightest. At 71 MR. McCain not does not know when to step aside he attempts to force the electorate with ultimatums regarding security. His party has done more to harm security that ensure it. They grandstand, and make threatening statements while undermining American security through their cozy relations with certain elements in the Mid-East. It is very similar to Ireland they seek continuous strife for the profit motive. Americans have better ways to power vehicles. These vehicles are not needed to begin with their desirability is fabricated by Business.

Currently the government is at war with its own sovereign over sexual relations. It is seeking to prevent out of wedlock pregnancy it also is attempting to force abstinence from sex on fully grown persons. This is just an another attack on the middle class employers do not want to pay for families they want to control sexual activity for profit. To most parents with less affluent young adults in their family this does not sound so bad they can not afford to support young adult members of their family with children of their own. Aside for the assault upon individual liberty the by or planned product of this attack is crime. Most Americans remember when they were encouraged to have relationships during education, and birth control pills were available as well as sexual education at many American high schools. A large number of accused persons are single males between the ages of 18-23 this assault on jobless youth who are not given viable middle income daytime job opportunities is nothing but the haves attacking the have not's over resources. It is no wonder corporations want to get in on the act and enslave young men.

Global corporations are seeking to blur the lines politically between self interest and corporate interest. We as a people have an individual right to the produce of this land period. Yet George Bush owned by his Global corporate interest groups attempts to mislead us with promises of expanding markets or the Union itself really. This attempt at unelected Corporate board rule is Un-American to say the very least. This is just another attempt to divide and conquer the American people by dividing people into self interest groups or corporate interest groups. The people are sovereign in this country not commercial entities regardless of court decisions to the contrary. Corporations are not a person they are usually organized financial interests from a variety of soils. The peoples sovereignty must be secured but qualified individuals who can not be bought are hard to find so the people must purchase their own representatives holding them to high standards of fidelity.

If America wants to be a ray of light for the world that is possible. We need to make a few changes here at home first. One we need to stop supporting tobacco as way of life. It is simply a waste of good soil in the temperate zone. Every minute 12 children die from starvation in this world while America uses the best soil in the world to kill 435 thousand of its own people each year. That is nearly one a minute .83 per minute to be exact. This travesty of justice could easily change for the better with a few minor adjustments to the law. Subsidy for food and removal of tobacco license. These two measures would save a vast amount of money in health care costs alone.

So production equals suffering and exports are rising these folks want to tell us that we have to let them export in order for us to survive as a people. It follows that letting them kill us inhibits our survival. Importing empowers these folks to kill overseas making enemies for us while undercutting our market. So regulation today, regulation tomorrow, regulation forever.

Currently some 435 thousand deaths are caused yearly in the United States by tobacco. This substance is taxed, and subsidized by a government that denies 47 million of its citizens health care but forces them to pay for it. This tobacco is cultivated on some of the best land in the world located in the temperate zone while every 3.6 seconds a person dies worldwide from starvation. The government spends less than one percent on foreign aid, and this usually involves some type of hateful clamor opposing it. It is time we listened to certain figures speaking in opposition instead of telling ourselves how wonderful we are. These problems are man made and have a man made remedy.

Republicans with all the claims that democrats have higher taxes want some 23% of the gross domestic product for their schemes. This if figures are correct compares with 17% asked for by President Clinton. Given that the people have expressed their will against the War this is an attempt at monarchy. The people stated in 2006 that they had tired of the struggle thus their servants should not claim a better knowledge but act in their stead. This is the problem with war profiteering once is starts it is difficult to bring to an end. Oil barons, gold merchants, and metals dealers all stand to make a fortune in this market. This has to change the people have suffered too much it is time for a change for the better. All we are saying is give peace a chance.

The Constitution is purposely inconvenient. Attempts to circumvent this are usually a criminal attempt by government disguised as a just cause. The more just the cause the more severe the attack on the Constitution. These folks clamor for disregarding or minimizing the Constitution in pursuit of some moral agenda based upon supposed horrible crimes that just can not be dealt with. The facts are the crimes are red herrings and that cost or inconvenience is being attacked. Of course it is only the accused who care about such rights and they are all evil. The real truth is that these folks want to make prison an industry and kidnapping is there main stock in trade. These folks claim absolutism as their mantra. This has all been attempted before history will tell the tale.

The people spoke in 2006 expressing their will that peace be made by the United States. The Congress to its detriment limbed away from a warmongering President that places his whims over the will of the people. Public figures attempted to lecture the people about their willful folly continuing to endanger their fellows. This ruthless attempt to tell the people that a servants whim takes priority over the expressed will of the people is repugnant to the Constitution. Congress now comes a calling wanting reelection after bowing down to this mob. This is truly political positioning and an attempt to usurp the peoples power it is a case of the lesser of two evils not a choice of dutiful servants seeking election.

Economy implies a social benefit for Americans not just more resources depleted by being sent overseas. Profiteers will attempt to mislead the public with claims of prosperity through exporting. Food for the starving needs to be exported and supported with government. We need to fly big bird again to alleviate suffering. The costs for this are minimal as a budgetary matter they just seem large to individuals. Exporting other items means higher cost for Americans here at home. These costs are varied and include pollution, medicine, along with fire protection. Firms are not taking care of their properties or people at an acceptable level to start with. Exporting entails higher product costs for Americans. Imports lower the wages and prices American firms can earn. Limiting exports except food as well as limiting imports is in order to secure Americans a decent standard of living and good laboring conditions. Recent dust fires have claimed many valued lives this is due to poor up keep of property the same can be said for most pollutions. Business is for profit and without upheld regulation people suffer. Government keeps ensuring liberty those opposed just want to profiteer at some unfortunate souls expense.

Government servants are called upon to act as trust agents with billions of dollars at stake. Some politicians seek to plunder the estate giving it to their supporters through criminal conduct of office. Benefits have been accruing over time many years for millions of people. These benefits are not the governments or politicians they are the property of individuals held in trust by civil servants. Attempts at plundering this vast trust estate come, and go with criminals attempting to misappropriate funds to unintended looters through influence peddling.These funds are not discretionary funds they are intended benefits to be returned to individuals certainly. This amounts to roughly 40 to 50% of government funds. A vast amount around 1 to 1.25 trillion yearly. It would be fool hardy to entrust these funds to those who purposely state that their aim is to commit sedition and fail the government. For those not in the know that is the end of conservatism.

We all suffer at the hands of polluters we also all pay taxes for education. We all have a right to the fruits of our own gain. Distributing these gains can be difficult. People are often told they do not pay taxes but we have a pay as you go system that returns benefits that are accrued through economic activity. Almost all prices reflect or include taxes no matter what money is paid government distributions included. Motherhood is to be awarded since it is the duty of most women health considerations taken account of. Since we almost all suffer to some extent from production we should all have a benefit through education. Do not be confused educated people are not to be made slaves they have a right to the fruits of their own gain. Education is an individual right. So comes the fact that 47 million Americans suffer from not being able to afford American health care which was touted as the best in the world. What would a person care if it was the best if they were excluded from it and forced to pay for it. So a semi private government benefit system is needed based upon observable facts. Semi-private in that those most affluent have no need for it. So a need based generous system is needed to uplift Americans socially and this is why some do not support social mobility it is harder to turn away your neighbor so be a good neighbor and vote democratic especially for Congress it has power from people.

Logic and reason are to be considered. Logic is limited that is why reason must prevail. Sound reasoning avoids fallacy which is the tool of those that use argument against the person. Fanatics become obsessed with character assassinating the person personally. This clearly is fallacious reasoning. All to often this is a knowing and willful attempt to obscure the facts. The facts are certain members of Congress support Education others are opposed to social mobility attempting to thwart social climbing. This is the main reason behind the current administrations assault on education. Economics class informs us that people attempt to put in place barriers to market entry, barriers to competition, upon individuals in order to unjustly enrich those already in the market or field. This brother against brother approach is rife with ideological gimmicks or other attempts to persuade. That is why truly educated people inform you that you can, not that you may not. Opportunity for all at their level of expertise.
