Andrew Duck is running for Congress in the state of Maryland against a longtime congressman name Roscoe Bartlett because the current Congressman has lost touch with his constituents. The congressional district is called the 6th congressional district of Maryland that district covers all of Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Carrol, Garrett, Parts of Baltimore County, and Harford Counties of Maryland.
