It saddened me on two fronts: First only two people cared to respond about our troops; Secondly, the first response killed me, she refused to give in to the spirit of supporting our troops and dedicating at least one post for them.
Let's change how we care about our troops this year...I miss our troops, we've forgotten them, the media has been pressure to forget them and our Congress wants to give them another 6 months indefinitely because they fear moving them, but they certainly didn't fear putting them over there in harms way! I think it's because we don't have the funds to move them back and it's wrecking havoc on our economy.
Let's not let our troops down again, let's keep the pressure on Congress to BRING OUR TROOPS HOME! - where they belong! Where they can be husbands, fathers, son's and a working class again, where they can protect our own soil, where they are wanted. Let's build and keep the momentum going.

I'm sick of McCain fingering the Democratic party in his whiny voice that we cause pork barrel spending when in reality it's the republican party. He received applauds today when he mentioned bridges and roads to nowhere. I live in Alaska and this is a republican led agenda. And actually, last time I checked, the Congress is led by a GOP majority and voted to start a war in Iraq. Isn't this war: pork barrel spending? And controlled by a republican majority Congress? Don't they slip verbiage into the bills to benefit their agenda, blocking the left? Why aren't we fighting back on his words. Where's BO on this? Kerry failed to fight back early and hard and look what happened to us.
Here's another one that burns me: McCain claims in a commercial that democrats will increase taxes. FALSE. Facts are: Republicans voted to lift taxes on major industries because they were bought off by them. Democrats want to increase taxes on those industries, and hold them accountable for pollution and research for alternative fuels. Democrats will NOT raise taxes on the general public (low and middle income earners), will they? Why aren't we slapping his face for this? We need to tackle this turtle, or we're the bigger turtle.
McCain lacks reality, understanding and had his opportunity to get this country ON TRACK, but failed. He would not be effective at a later date, when he's not been effective in the past, or currently to end this war. It's why he clings to lil B think about "winning this war." I dislike that term too...what's this war about anymore? What are we going to win? I hope it's a new electric car! :)
Are people here, hung-up on the status of our nominee; why aren't we debating HOW to beat McCain? Isn't THAT the REAL issue?
Ask yourself: What if we lose...what then? Let's HATE McCain today! I don't use the word "hate" because I don't like the word; instead, I use the word "dislike" but I'm advocating that we begin to "hate" this dude with all our might and strike down every word he says (soon and often!)...put on your thinking caps and start NOW. Scrap talking "in support of" or "against" Obama! Dude he's got one foot in the door. Let's get over it and punch back early to get him off his game. As it is, he's able to make these statements and no one is challenging him.

Count voices in Florida & Michigan, it's that easy. We bemoaned the republican party because they pulled every stunt in the book to stop recounting votes causing Gore lost to Bush, so we're hypocrites and cutting our own throats by not forging ahead and getting dirty with the best of them. Forget principles! They did!

Last night, I appeared on MSNBC's Verdict with Dan Abrams to discuss Karl Rove's outrageous refusal to appear before Congress regarding serious allegations that he used the US Justice Department to take down a prominent Democratic politician. It is alleged that Mr. Rove personally instigated the prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegleman. Hillary Clinton knows the results in PA (less than 10 points) represent the end of her aspirations, she knows it is enough, but she appealed to subterfuges and antidemocratic tactics to get the nomination.
Mathematically is literally impossible win the nomination or finish at least as a front runner.
Then she appealed to the division of the party, she appealed to antidemocratic solutions, like ignore the VOTE OF THE MAJORITY!
Wow sound hard but it is true:
First at all, she said, the votes of MICHIGAN AND FLORIDA should be counted. But she only talks like that because she knew that count give her the advantage, but she do not deserve this advantage, at least in that way, because that collide with the rules of the party. The same rules she previously accepts. (That FLIP â€" FLOP is nothing estrange on her)
She knows keep running her campaign give some advantage to the Republican Party and his candidate in the general election. May be she want this because is clear that the Republicans al helping her in this primaries. (Pennsylvania exit poll show a lot of republican voting for her â€" Why? â€" Simple â€" actually the scenario of confrontantion between democratc gives McCain some advantage facing the general election)
Them this is the most important key:
