You said people were short selling in the Finance area, well was it being done in the same way in the oil Industry? Where the Executive Branch can “At Will” redefine Legislative legislation and stand up as this judge to ban any employee from testifying before the Legislative Branch with Legislative Subpoenas.

Governor Palin by banning those state employees the Governor of the State of Alaska has taken on Judicial Powers of the State Courts. Only the Judicial Branch of Alaska can counteract a Legislative subpoena. It is part of the scales of Justice, where one does not overstep another’s authority. When we have Governor and/or President that bans civilians from appearing before the Legislative branch by intimidation. Then it becomes treason to the Constitution for “At Will” an Executive Branch can send out “Do not appear memos threats” to everyone involved and having subpoenas in their procession. With that power in the Executive Branch they can then seek Retribution and/or Termination, where that civilian worked, if they dared stand up for the law and countermanded the Governor/President. What government can survive in this environment but the most corrupt vile form of American Dictatorship?

If in a Watergate example, there is any proof or suspicion that any American laws are being broken, it is paramount to have a Legislative Branch that is unshackled, free to do their job and investigate their suspicions by subpoenas, to get down to the facts. With Watergate, they had civilians involved and if Nixon said to Congress, they cannot talk, they have been given immunity from Congressional subpoenas and the courts, where would America be but with a President and a puppet poodle Congress like today. No Governor and/or President is the Judge of the law that they must appeal to the courts of Judicial Branch and ask that those subpoenaed to be excluded and give a legal reason for doing so. Do we want this attitude in Washington especially if Palin becomes President with a Patriot Act?

 

Well, the owner of the land sued Wasilla and won, and had to pay penalty and rent after Palin left but now they are going to court gain, and could lose some more money for their city budget. Palin they need a Wall Street bailout Earmark.

 

Palin's fical responsibility sounds like it has all the ear marks of an Bush's Economic plan that is the McCain/Palin model (design) of their platform, to do it, without doing their "Homework" in "Mission Accomplished" Intelligence of Bush/McCain blunders. Where they need a Surge to have to put back all the pieces back to where they were before Bush started his Bush Blunders.

 

Yes Palin, "Build it and they will come" attitude, is a beautiful fairy tale idea, but do you not think you should have had a clear title, before you started building it? Is that what Republican Fiscal Responsibility is, now I can see why there is so much Republican bankruptcy in this country.

 

Let Biden bring it up and attack Palin with her cracks of having fiscal responsibility. Obama can make a slight remarks that we know how the Republican ticket treats Fiscal Responsibility without checking out the facts. Biden will deliver the Home Run. I ask you would you build your home without a clear title? In fact does not the bank and insurance people need a clear title to loan you money or insure it? Palin actions were like those loose standards of Bush's Wall Street bankruptcies. Do we want that kind of fiscal responsibility in Washington for four more years of Bush/McCain/Palin Creative Titled Accounts?

Matt can you set up a private blog site where I can rant my frustrations, and not be in the open. I feel that what I type here is helping Republican cover their bases. That there trolls come here to spy and report back strategy.

I was banned the Free Speech of my home and I just need a place to vent what I see going on in America to the Democratic Party.

The site does not have to even have Democratic people looking at new ideas but one would hope so. I just do not want to give my ideas for a McCain victory for that would mean I would leave America for some European Freedom and Democracy.

I feel like I am the last Liberal to be induced into the Dead Poets Society. In the panhandle of Bush Conservative White Florida, you cannot look like a 1776 patriot, so it is a Guantanamo open prison of nothing much to do, like I had a black face, that down here Blacks stay mostly in their neighborhoods, and churches of tomorrows BushLand if McCain gets elected. These Blacks are surprised when you ask them about Obama and you say you support him. First thing they do is look around for any White Conservatives then they smile for inviting them into America.

If Palin gets to be elected and gets to be President, we will have the first Woman President with the Fisrt All White Christian cabinet to do her bidding with Bush Executive Privilege Powers, and that is a scary Bush image. Because look at hoe she is acting in Alaska with het "At Will" authority intimidation state employees into silence just as Bush does saying his employee are not Accountable to the Constitution.

In Bush America being labeled "Liberal" is putting a color on your American face that white, blacks, and all races can join in, to be discriminated against in profile hiring and be Terminated with "At Will" for things like Poetry or any Liberal Arts. That Corporations can ban what you can do in your homes "At Will" into Missionary positions of like writing no Free Speech on a piece of paper of thought.

Anyway Matt, please set up a site and if someone there sees a need to post it here I will. It is that I Vietnam Rant Free Speech and I do not want to hurt the Democratic Party.

We must immediately petition or sue for the Constitution right for the right of our legislative branches in state and federal government to subpoena for "We the people" to the Supreme Court. The Constitution is under attack like no other time but Bush defining it into autocracy and into a Freedom and Democracy Dictatorship.

Not only are the Bush Republicans bankrupting Wall Street they are bankrupting by aborting Constitutional right like due process, the Federal Courts, and the abolishing of Congress into a puppet state like they have in Red China, where America has these Military Tribunals and all the marking of Red United States.

If Congress cannot do its "Homework" by Executive Intimidation that doing so would violate White House protocol then at any time under the War Powers Patriot Act they can use the military and their private corporate armies "At Will" without challenge from a mandated Rubber Stamp Congress or State Legislature.

Every Constitutional scholar, lawyer, and politician must prevent a John Yoo Bush redefined America Totalitarian Incorporated Enron Republic.

To “Save” the Constitution is not a Republican and/or Democratic thing but a “We the people thing of pure patriotism against Bush legacy of autocratic one branch rule with no Checks and Balances, just like Enron has with a iron fist Kenneth Lay.

Petition for America’s right to legislate our nation against CEO President abuse. That in fact our Corporations have to have a Trilogy form of “We the people” protection in a President CEO, CFO legislative branch and a Supreme Court like legal branch This will guarantee that one man like Enron Kenneth Lay can destroy a whole company. All these bankrupting Wall Street Corporations needed a Trilogy especially a Supreme Court legal side to protect investors from CEO President bankruptcies.

As part of the bailout all fringes paid to top CEO’s much be null and void for the bailout is not to assure them the gluttony of their corruption of the company. Also since AIG is an International Company should not other countries come to the bailout table and demand solutions, especially since a Bush Washington White House cannot Legislate with Bush control over Congress that makes one branch rule all that more dangerous in fact it is a bankrupting dream of endless Bush Subprime messages.

The Bush denial of Congress is the treason, why America must demand immediately its legislatures back and its due process Courts otherwise we have our Caesar. Hail Bush our Emperor of Bankruptcy Legacy.

Petition the Supreme Court in mass as Republicans, Democrats, Moderates, Liberals, Conservatives, and other divisions that the United States is too important to be Incorporated and merged into one White House CEO President, who is our Premier Leader.
