I am excited about this campaign for this Senate seat and the other campaigns that are taking place across the state of New Mexico. There is much work to be done and I need your help to make this an effective Senate Seat for the people of Colfax, Northern Curry, Harding, Quay, Western San Miguel, Northern Taos and Union counties and also the rest of New Mexico. Yes, this is the largest state Senate district in area in New Mexico. Our President is out of control! By claiming executive privilege again and blocking valuable information he is obstructing justice in the tradition of the Nixon Administration. As an historian I can plainly say without equivocation that under this administration there has been more obstruction of justice, Constitutional violations, more debt, deplorable military strategy etc. etc. than in any other administration in our history. The Current state of the US Congress appears to be a state of retreat. Granted, I do not have the inside tract. However, with a 27% approval rating I believe it

I visited Tucumcari and Clovis New Mexico recently with Brian Colon. It was a great trip and it was good to meet with the great people in those communities. It felt right at home.
I feel confident that this will be a successful campaign.
