John, took the day off today from campaigning today... probably to recover from "foot in mouth" disease-- His staff probably spent the day educating him about his own personal finances/estate so if asked he wouldn't have to depend on them for an answer...
Hopefully they educated him about how to answer the question about who is rich... $5 million per year is a little above what MOST people consider rich... He has admitted on several occasions that he is not very knowledgeable about economics-- WOW he really showed us how uneducated he really is... Maybe it is Cindy who manages the McCain economics...
It is just amazing to me how out of touch this man is from the "real" world... AND it was exposed by a simple question about his own finances... Most Americans are struggling with ONE house...
Who is the elitist??? That is the question... I think McCain's answer was loud and clear!!! I think there is no cure for this disease of his-- think that foot is wedged in there pretty far!!

Jake just called to say that he will give comp tickets to fellow Democrats wanting to see the play. He had an excellent opening night and looks like this play maybe Broadway bound!!! YEA JAKE!!!

Does anyone wonder why McCain just happened to be in Columbia when the hostages who have been held for 5-6 years were rescued???? This rescue had been planned for months... The Columbian government did and EXCELLENT job with their covert planning of this rescue-- (Can't WAIT to see the movie!!! smile)...
But does McCain think that we are fooled that it was just a coincidence that he just happened to make a trip down on the day of the planned rescue??? Reminds me of the hostages in Iran and Reagan... Fishy fishy fishy... The things the Repulsicans will do to win an election-- Do they really think we are that stupid that McCain wasn't informed about this rescue and decided to go down there for publicity???

Hey folks got back in town Mon AM after being gone for several weeks. Not on business but a WHOLE lot of pleasure.
We celebrated our anniversary in Hawaii and my husband did it all. He began the planning last June so little by little he went through the papers as we made stop after stop until the flight from Honolulu to home used the last one.

2. Obama stands a good chance of going before a grand jury
3. Obama has no record to stand on and has acquaintances that
speak very loudly who he is...not good

5. One that I will mention is the good Rev Wright who

makes Obama look like he wants to serve this country

Many of us on here do more then just complain about the POTUS race. I'm wondering how many people here have had houseparties for candidates? What tips do you have on how to hold them and how to use them to raise money? Sure the Christmas Card list comes in handy if your friends are local, but what other ways have you found people interested in attending?

news.....we never wouild watch them because they were so repub biased and especially when GWB became pres.....
But during this primary they have been the "only" news media that reported unbiased and with integrity as well as honesty....I feel confident that once the GE is underway they will take the gloves off somewhat but I also believe they are afterall like any other TV program in that they count on the viewers to stay alive....
I have permanently stopped watching MSNBC and CNN solely due to the fact that they have not reported news but rather give 24 hrs of their opinions which has been biased towards Hillary and showing anything they could that was positive about Obama.....That really helps this country limp along doesn't it???

Clinton beats Obama among those with high school education or less.
National Democrats remain strongly divided by education as to their preferences for their party's presidential nomination, with less well-educated Democrats supporting Hillary Clinton, while those with college and postgraduate educations are just as strongly skewed toward Barack Obama.
Both major Democratic candidates are Ivy League-educated laywers--Clinton with a law degree from Yale, and Obama with a law degree from Harvard. Both have adopted a populist rhetoric on the campaign trail, pushing for higher taxes on the rich and emphasizing government programs that would be designed to help the less fortunate.
Yet the two candidates' support levels have been and remain significantly influenced by voter education levels. The Idaho Progressive Student Alliance (IPSA) an student organization from ISU, held their 3rd Annual To the Streets Homeless Awareness Event Friday night (April 4th) on the ISU Quad. Okay, I love Howard Dean, but my old "Republican roommate" (yes, that is is title) keeps saying bad things about him. It is so silly. And sometimes I even read nearly exactly the same thing the Republicans are saying about Dean on this website. I swear they must be getting these talking points somewhere.
