I'm sorry that Obama's mother died at an early age; and I wasn't aware of her fight about pre-existing condition...been there done it, not fun.
When we watch the inauguration, I will feel her presence. It's too bad she will never know what good Obama has done and to know his family, all because our health care system sucks. Well, we have her, through him. And she and her parents apparently she impressed good things upon him.
Tonight, I like how Barack answered the question about the economy, that he'd reach across to other countries to deal with our debts, to correlate with them in order it to be effective. I understand that our indebtnesses and our bail-out will is having effects on other foreign bails outs. It's tracing the places of origin that is difficult to do. Interesting point and it struck me, he's the ONLY one that do this effectively, so McCain frowned and wrote notes hurriedly. With a McCain administration and saber rattling with Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and poking fun of France for the last 8 years, I doubt it's going to be effective or concrete. Who would trust him, especially knowing he's part of the Keating Five?
Obama is eloquent and looking like a new Kennedy. He's not nervous, picking fights and spouting off to elbow his way in. He's the relaxed one, that continually crosses the aisle, flashing his smile and offering details that soothe and smooth it over. A sexy smooze.
Hey Obama girls - - that's yo daddy! Be proud of him.
I'm proud of this family for striving to do their best. And I have faith that Obama will provide life changing health care that will keep your beloved next to you.

At the convention, Michelle related the story about how Barack gripped the steering wheel of his car and he drove tentatively down the street, protecting his new little newborn daughter. He checked the review mirror frequently to catch a peek just to make sure things were fine.
I trust that Obama checked more than his review mirror on this economy strife and has checked the mirror frequently on other issues as well. I TRUST him fully. He did contact Bill Clinton and others in making his decisions, he keeps informed, and he maintains communication with who he needs to.
Barack gets my vote, for being a: slow, steady, reasonable, intelligent man that is successful at rallying America for CHANGE. He's a uniter, and a man that appears, and acts and WILL emerge as most presidential.
Congratulations to Barack and his family for all the hard work in gaining the electorates needed. We're SIX away. SIX! It touched my heart, when he made a pledge to give his daughters what he had, he's done a great job in moving that direction, not only for his daughters and family, but the human family. He really cares and is concerned. Can you imagine how happy and proud his daughters will be when their daddy becomes the president? Over joyed, so will I. It's going to be a huge relief actually, I'll breath again. He's already completed a mission to lead a beautiful path for his daughters by working so diligently on this campaign.
