Lawmakers said they will issue subpoenas on Sept. 12 to Gov. Sarah Palin's staff to compel them to testify in a legislative investigation into the firing of the state's former top cop.

Legislators also announced they're bumping up the investigation's completion date to Oct. 10 so it will be finished weeks, not days, before the November presidential election. Palin was recently named the Republican vice presidential candidate.
Palin will not be subpoenaed, but lawmakers said in a statement released today, she will be asked to speak with the legislative investigator either in person, or by phone.

Trig Palen Was Not Born - No Records at Hospital

Palin's birth announcement in March 2008 that she was 7 months into a pregnancy generated public surprise, as did the circumstances of Trig's birth.

More than a month before the baby was due, she was in Texas to deliver the keynote address at a conference. At about 4:00 a.m. Texas time, her water broke (not her's, but Bristols. Sarah remained in Texas to deliver the speech before taking the 8 hr flight back to Alaska. She and her husband landed in Anchorage at 10:30 p.m. then drove 50 min or so to arrive at Mat-Su Valley Regional Medical Center. Trig was born at 6:30 a.m. the next day after her physician induced labor.

I am bothered by so many points, so I went on a quest to find the baby picture at this hospital. I found...

Upper left hand corner reads: Governor Sarah Palin announced she and her husband are expecting their fifth child.

"Todd and I are five times blessed and couldn’t be happier," Governor Palin said. "We look forward to welcoming our new addition in May." Notice she makes this announcement on her Official site in March and then ONE month later, a child was born.

This captured my interest and I wanted to dispell the rumors of her hiding a pregnancy. As I went on my quest to find pictures that would document the date with an actual picture, I was amazed at the results.

I spent hours at her site (I used to work for U. S. Representative Lynn and know what it is to build the official sites, Nancy and I contributed to his site, and we know how to navigate the site). I know where to look in other words. SO. What I found was during crucial months that most all women appear to be expectant (I've had nursing too) is in the end of the first trimester and beginning of second. She would have conceived around Aug 18, 2007 and would deliver mid April 2008.

January would be 5 months

February 6 months

March 7 months

April 8 months

May 9 months

Palin: Monegan was pressured to fire Wooten

Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008 ANCHORAGE, Alaska-- Wednesday brought a dramatic turn of events regarding an inquiry into Gov. Sarah Palin's termination of Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan.

"The individual inquiries taken by themselves are one thing. Many of these inquiries were completely appropriate; however, the serial nature of the contacts understandably could be perceived as some kind of pressure, presumably at my direction," Palin said.

Attorney General Talis Colberg's office determined there were more than two dozen calls from Palin's husband, Todd Palin, and her staff to Monegan and other supervisors in the department regarding Wooten.

Palin says she was aware of many of the contacts and says many were completely appropriate.

Palin previously had denied her administration pressured Monegan but at least one of those calls was caught on tape.

To me, after listening to this very slick phone call, Frank was not on a mission to find out anything, rather he was on a campaign to get Wooten fired and "SOMEONE" had to have informed him of MANY numerous and personal information and gave him the "GO AHEAD." He didn't act along, and he was absolutely right in saying he "acted on behalf of Sarah" because she gave him authority to.

If you turn into CNN, they will have an exclusive interview with Sarah's brother-in-law State Trooper Wooten.

Sarah and Todd made 20-24 calls to POLICE CHIEF Monegan about Wooten because Palin's wanted action. When Wooten took a desk job, this final tape that you'll hear is proof of former calls and the smear campaign Sarah is on, and motivation for her to fire the POLICE CHIEF for not firing Wooten. She and her staff and husband should be held accountible for abusing power.

And when you hire an aid, they DO act in your behalf. I know that from working for Legislature Bob Lynn.

Wooten is ON right NOW!

The investigation is about Sarah abusing her power, not about what Wooten did, or didn't do. He was investigated and was suspended 5 days during an investigation, then they gave him a desk job.

I've been doing some of my own investigation of 2 days and found some troubling pictures, I'll post later (tons of pix) and disturbing information that she removed much information from her official site. More later...

(paraphrased) Keith Olbermann just said that the Palin clan has expressed repeatedly that their children are off limits, but this family went to a receiving line to greet the boyfriend, and a big hoopla about Levi and wants to use media to get that information out there. Keith said in this kind of dichotomy they need to make up their minds, they can't use their children as shields and if they're going to pull this game, then the media will draw it's own conclusion and say what it will.

I think Biden is the best father. He's taken care of his children in a remarkable way and has a great relationship with his son's children. His eldest son is heading to Iraq, as Sarah's son is claiming to go, but we know that there is a later date now. :)

This should be discussed and added to her growing list of abuse. I live in Juneau Alaska and know this next part pretty well, it's a recent problem. Here's goes:

IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THE GOVERNOR TO OFFICIALLY ADVOCATE FOR OR AGAINST BALLOT MEASURE, BUT SHE DID. HERE’S THE PRINTED PROOF:

Even though it's against the law for a governor to officially advocate for or against a ballot measure, Palin took what she calls "PERSONAL PRIVILEDGE" and began discussing one of this year's most contentious initiatives, which voters will decide Tuesday (last week).

HERE'S WHAT SHE ILLEGALLY STATED:
"Let me take my governor's hat off just for a minute here and tell you, personally, Prop 4 -- I vote 'no' on that. I have all the confidence in the world that (the Department of Environmental Conservation) and our (Department of Natural Resources) have great, very stringent regulations and policies already in place," Palin said. "We're going to make sure that mines operate only safely, soundly."

What this initiative 4 really does is, it give MORE money to the mine operator! And now this mine does NOT have to pay to ship waste out, they can dump into the ocean! And this will effect the fish and environment. She does NOT believe in global and environmental issues. She's willing to damage ALASKA and fish habitat! And there's MORE....

Why use the tactic of attacking Barack Obama's patriotism? We're all patriotic. Anyone running for this messed up office, would be patriotic.

What they did in their convention so far, is build it up that only THEY are patriotic. We have heros, and it doesn't know skin color or party.

They are very transparent, we know where this is leading to, that they want to fear monger, is almost a complete mirror of what they did 4 years ago. They are saying they will WIN this war. It was a regime change, it occurred long ago and even BUSH said it, "MISSION A!" What do we win? I know what we're losing! Men, money, lots of money, jobs and houses.

They are going to say we haven't been attacked. Of course not and most our national guard are in Iraq and elsewhere. No Al Queda even want to get us and Bin Laden is still at large. If he hated us so much, why didn't he attack again? Because he hasn't recruited enough people, like we stopped recruiting.

Turn out the lights and go to bed. They aren't worth listening to. Anything comes out of their mouths. I can't stand to watch it, same ole guard and same ole rhetoric.

Barack was right all along, it was a mistake to go into Iraq and it'll be harder getting out. Biden will be the expert we need, he's already been privy of 9-11 documents, dossiers, meeting, and having the priviledge of meeting with foreign statesman. I can't wait until they change the course we're on! COUNT DOWN to vote!

This administration moved arms and foods to Georgia faster than they responded to phone calls about Katrina. They sent 3 battleships into the Georgian arena, while they pretend to be having a party at their convention. It's deja vu all over again.

Maybe they should all just retire to one of McCain houses for their after party?

The Alaska News is on right now and they said, "Governor dropped yet another bomb shell. Stay tuned." They showed a news clip and 'circled' Bristol. She's unmistakably expecting. Pretty sad what this family will go through just to take charge of the most troubling of times, when it sounds like they have their hands full of their own troubling times. A child that's pregnant, an upcoming marriage, a new infant with special needs, a criminal investigation for interfering with her sisters family, a couple firings,and her public record of abstinence and voicing opposition to sexual education. Timing? Why now? The storm would seem to grab the spotlight.

Fred Dyson, a prominent Alaskan was noted as being sympathetic.

Alaska has the highest rated transmitted diseases among teens.

The channel interviewed a couple and the elderly gentleman said, "We know the kids [Palin children] were having trouble in Juneau, so they moved...

Sarah focused on pregnancy so often that her 16 1/2 YEAR OLD daughter Bristol upstaged her mama and is 5 months along.

So much for Sarah Palin’s teachings and her staunch religion convictions that would act as a hedge of protection for her daughter.

I’ve commented repeatedly that the thing you fear the most, will come to pass. It’s the rule of law and this proves it. You focus on something long enough, it’s going to come back to bite you right where it hurts, you’re heart.

What mother in her right mind would want her daughter being a tween, become thrust into such responsibility? Bristol will trade her high school backpack for a child proof backpack carrier. This is so wrong on many levels. Pregnancy doesn’t effect just the carrier, but an extended human family.

We lead by example. Is this the example we want to move into the White House? We do need to have a discussion about this...Bristol is 5 months
