The DNC has chosen its path. The unequal and unfair rules allowing certain primary votes to count more toward delegates than other votes along with their initial ruling to punish Florida and Michigan early on has made a shambles of the nominating process. Had the DNC followed the Republican example and not punished Florida and Michigan and had they chosen a nominating process similar to the way the nation elects a president, the primary race would have been over in March and the Democrats would have had a candidate that could and probably would win in November. Now it’s too late. Amazingly, the Democrats who somehow managed to present a candidate that could not beat Bush in 2004, have done it again. The party is divided beyond repair and I am glad Hillary will not get the nomination because now, no Democrat can win.
In November, all Americans will go to the polls. Those voters will not be just Democrats but Republicans and Independents as well. Most voters are Americans who are proud of their nation first and who hold party affiliations second. Whoever wins the most votes in a state will get all that state’s delegates. On election night in November, we will see the election map of America turn red and we will have 4 more years of a Republican president.
Because of the DNC leadership this year, Obama will never be president but Hillary Clinton will be in 2012.
Hillary 2012.
