NO MORE WAR!
Here's the protest- July 4th, 12:00 p.m. Central Time. Meet 15 minutes before. Protests will be held at ALL state capitals. Meet before on the WEST side. Walk around the capital for an hour with signs and singing "Give peace a chance".
Protests will also take place in large cities- Dallas, Houston, Miami, Las Vegas, Las Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, New York City, Boston. These meetings will be at the COUNTY courthouses. IF the county has more than one courthouse, meet on the West side of the CRIMINAL courthouse. Because it would be CRIMINAL to go to war with Iran!
If you can get a group together in smaller cities, DO IT!

Why not protest the Iran issue on Friday? There's no better time to declare our Independence from the Bush agenda! Think of how many people are off work on Friday. I vote, we get together in the large cities and state capitals, at noon, when the news is on. NO WAR IN IRAN!

I said I was done posting on this site, but I have kept reading & rating. I guess I missed whatever happened to get Jackie banned, but I have a comment to make about it to bloggers here and to the site administrators.
First and foremost, let it be known that I am an ardent Obama supporter.
It makes me INCREDIBLY unhappy to read that Jackie has been banned from this site. He may disagree with the DNC and he may not be voting for Obama, but his membership here and his blogs have been a valuable asset to this site.
Jackie is an intelligent, well spoken man, and is civil, even in disagreement. If there has to be banning going on, I can think of far more deserving individuals.
Whoever made the decision to ban Jackie, made a poor decision, and I implore that person to rethink what's been done. Jackie deserves to & SHOULD have a voice here.
