finally got signed on and am going to have to sign back off.
My 2 days to work Fr and Sat so will be getting up at 4AM and boy does that come early.....
Sometimes I wish I were fully retired and not working per-diem but it is truly rewarding....
The patients make others so humble in what we think is our really difficult lives....And can only hope that I can make even the smallest difference for even one of them.

I have little else to say except that the party that I considered mine has shown itself to be mean and spiteful during this primary.....
The least the party could have done if indeed they had Obama tagged from the start was to give us full dislosure about him prior to the primaries being held.
Instead they waited while hammering Hillary and let one thing at a time come out such as Wright, Auchi, Rezko, Ayers and others plus I am sure there are more....

Our grandaughter is home and went to school today...She is smiling and happy....We still don't have full results of the tests though...
But praying and hoping for the best and the best as far as I am concerned would be that they should have put a plate where the skull fractures are and never let her leave that hospital in spite of what her father was demanding...
Someone asked if skull fractures don't heal like other bones and no they don't.
Sorry about that I didn't answer the question had to leave the computer.
Maybe we will have some great miracles in medicine one day where a spinal or skull fracture can be mended in a different way. Perhaps even something to give to enabable them to heal and mend.
Stem cell is our real hope..

my grandaughter who was in a near fatal boating accident over a year ago is in the hospital...
They lost her twice during surgery on her leg and was on life support for 2 days...made it off of that great...
Has done very good with some exceptions...
This is the worst and the newest. The accident left her with 2 cracks in her skull...perfectly alligned on top of eachother. she has a crack on both layers of the skull....
Due to her father , now my daughter's exnasty, the decision was made not to put a plate and leave it as it is..she would have to watch for signs and syptoms the rest of her life.. they are very ambiguous..except for seizures which she had last evening and has been in the hopital since..The neuro group will be running the full battery of all tests tomorrow and longer if it takes it...
So I ask for all of you in spite of our differences to please keep Nicole in your prayers and pass it on...this is very serious especially with the other signs I have noticed along the way.....
She is a young teen and with all the difficulties that come with that plus the fact that her dad decided to split the family up and go nuts on her....
She has had so much to deal with his leaving immediately after bringing her home from the hospital after the accident...
But I always knew that the things she has had to deal with is nothing compared to what she will have to deal with in her life..
Her dad is fighting for control of the monies that will come from the settlement from the accident caused by a drunk woman speeding in a narrow waterway...
That woman, now divorced, was married to "big" money..
Where all I want or our family wants is to have Nicole alive and well all her father can see is how much money he can get out of the accident....
Maybe too long sorry tried to abbreviate but can't when it comes to maybe losing her after we thought we had once but miraculously she lived .....
Please keep her mom and sister in your prayers as well...

I am highly educated and all that good stuff but was so busy in my working day tended to come home flip on CNN and watch the news.....
Something came home to me today when I thought of this a lot of those that have voted for Obama did so because of the media bias.....they work long days and very intense days at their different professions......

They will not be able to do the same as they have been doing...

NOw that all you Obama folk think you have it all wrapped up you may think again.
1. if "O" gets the nomination how will he pull it off in

confidant plus inspired his second book....that really
makes Obama look like he wants to serve this country

There is so much more ......This country needs a strong leader that is determined to get this country turned around and the economy back on track as well as the rest of the world not hating us but some of them may be a little intimidated before messing with us...

I missed whatever the fireworks were as I did work yesterday and been doing a lot of resting today...
no joke it does take a toll..4AM up and a day of thinking on a dime and surrounded by such brave and wonderful folk who are family or friends of patients and they all break your heart while at the same time show strength that most folk just don't have in this country....
It is both heartbreaking while such a blessing but with it all I and most find ourselves coming away from the day at work emotionally and physically exhausted....
We try so hard to give something to them while we end up receiving.....
Ya'll be good and have a great Monday....

news.....we never wouild watch them because they were so repub biased and especially when GWB became pres.....
But during this primary they have been the "only" news media that reported unbiased and with integrity as well as honesty....I feel confident that once the GE is underway they will take the gloves off somewhat but I also believe they are afterall like any other TV program in that they count on the viewers to stay alive....
I have permanently stopped watching MSNBC and CNN solely due to the fact that they have not reported news but rather give 24 hrs of their opinions which has been biased towards Hillary and showing anything they could that was positive about Obama.....That really helps this country limp along doesn't it???
