The official web log of the Liberal Democratic party of the United States of America. We do not run candidates. We generally tell you to vote Democratic in general elections. If we see a more liberal candidate in primaries then we may endorse the Liberal who contests against a moderate or conservative Democrat incumbent. Our party main power comes from using our members purchasing power to pressure GOP contributors to get us the progressive legislation we want enacted into law.

Force BIG PHARMA to lower their prices of patented drugs with no generic competition.
Today I announce an effort to force Pharma to lower the prices of patented drugs that have no generic competition. Call your local Eckerd, CVS, and Walgreens pharmacy and tell them that unless they lower their patented drugs to a DOLLAR a pill you will not buy any consumer products or any prescription drugs from them. Then go buy elsewhere from now on..
For those who remain stuck with one of the 3 pharmacies, still call them and tell them the above but get your medication at the pharmacy you remain stuck with but do not buy any consumer items there. Buy your consumer items elsewhere from now on. Make the phone calls because they will wake up these pharmacies and tell them that the middle class will not put up with patented medication that costs 60 dollars or more a month. We will force it down to 30 dollars a month.

Social Security to be Phased Out in 2007

Still don't believe Social Security is on the ballot this November?
In an interview published today in The Wall Street Journal (sub.req.), President Bush told editorial page editor Paul Gigot that next year he plans on partially phasing out Social Security and replacing it with private accounts, and that he thinks he can do it as long as the Republicans retain control of Congress, which he thinks they will.

I have heard the residents of Washington DC call out for a voting representative in the house of representatives and for 2 senators in the senate for YEARS. I have a solution for you in Washington DC to consider. My proposal will stand or fall based upon your views so here see my proposal.
Exxon/Mobil appears a big GOP contributor and also the biggest gas station chain in the country.
Call for every DC resident who wants to see enacted into law a voting representative in the house and 2 senators in the senate to begin a boycott of Exxon/Mobil gasoline stations in Washington DC.
This will not affect Exxon/Mobil corporation directly. It will affect the local gas station owners who will have to go to their parent company and go to the GOP and get congress to enact a voting representative in the house and 2 senators in the senate.
So call every local Exxon and Mobil gasoline station owner in Washington DC and tell the owner you will not buy their gasoline, nor oil nor get any car repaired at his station and not buy any food or beer at his station UNTIL he gets his CEO to get the GOP to enact

I'm going to organize people to boycott and hold the GOP and regressive companies that give money to the GOP accountable and demand they get legislation passed by congress and signed by the president.

We the people of the United States of America form this Liberal Democratic party of the United States of America for the promotion of a progresive agenda for America. We generally support the candidates that run in the regular Democratic party. We do not run candidates. Our power comes from the unionization of our party members who tell GOP contributors and other regressive contributors that either you get the House and Senate and the President to enact our party platform at the present point into law or you lose our business as consumers. Party members will send the party agenda by email to these GOP and regressive contributors. Imagine it and it will happen. The Republican party appears weak and vulnerable at the cash registers of those companies that give money to them.

Bush provoked the 9-11 attacks. He was dealing with the Taliban terrorists from Jan 2001 until July 2001 to get oil and gas pipelines through Afghanistan. If they would allow this Bush would leave the Taliban in power. The Taliban would have none of it. In July 2001 Bush made plans to invade Afghanistan scheduled for Oct 2001. The Pakistanis told the Taliban if you still won't deal with the Americans an invasion would come. The Taliban terrorists struck us first. 2750 people died because Bush wanted an oil deal with the Taliban. Yes, Republicans deal with terrorists.
I have had enough of the white wash the press and most Democrats and Republicans who give this reason for why 9-11 happened. The 9-11 attacks appeared provoked.
Look on Bush's face as he got told the World trade center got attacked on Sept 11, 2001. That does not look like a man who got surprised. It looks like a man who had his invasion plans proceeding and who had the Taliban preempt him as he sat in the classroom reading my pet goat.
Oh and we did have an attack since 9-11. The right wing anthrax attacker killed several people after 9-11. Right wing? yes right wing as he only sent anthrax to former Senator Daschle and Senator Leahy both Democrats.
