Ted Kennedy endorsed Barack Obama last January.(CNN) – Add Obama supporter Sen. Ted Kennedy to the list of joint-ticket naysayers.
In an interview airing this weekend, the Massachusetts senator told Bloomberg’s Al Hunt that despite widespread talk of a ticket featuring both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, "I don't think it's possible."
He added that “…I would hope that he would also give consideration to somebody that has — is in tune with his appeal for the nobler aspirations of the American people. And I think if we had real leadership — as we do with Barack Obama — in the number-two spot as well, it'd be enormously helpful.”
Kennedy also said that he had not spoken with former President Bill Clinton since endorsing Barack Obama.

I also agree that a joint ticket will never happen Obama supporters and the people that voted for him all over America do not want it.
Obama will have a number of good Vice Presidential choices
with Clinton and whomever he selects will be a strong winning team in November to beat McCain.

I'm tired of people on here trying to polarize supporters. I like them both, my choice for president is Obama. Whats wrong with that?
What really gives me a laugh is ...... Obama and all the Change he wants to do in Washington...old Politics...
He is surrounded with the old Politics, Ted,Kerry, Dean, Pelosi...DNC...Corporate America... look at the bias media.....MSNBC, CNN, C-SPAN..
Clinton is the one they want out.... think on that one. She may be the true instrument of Change.
You Clinton supporters make me laugh your never happy.
This not about Kennedy and Women .
Its about who Obama should consider for a joint Ticket.
You have your right to feel anyway you wish about Senator Kennedy but not on this Blog thats not the subject posted .
Please at least honor the focus od the post.
Your personal feeling about Senator Kennedy are your to keep but please respect my Blog post and what the discussion is about.Personal feelings aside regarding Senator Kennedy.
Thanks
he did the same thing McCain did when he sided with Bush, lost an amazing amount of swing voters. Richardson has as well. 6 months ago he would have impressed me, now it would not sway me to vote Obama. Besides, I have no doubt the republicans are going to have either a female VP or an AA either way Obama can't win, not anymore.
It is funny though that Kennedy is the one saying that after Clinton won his state and every state he campaigned for Obama in- maybe its time he retire.
Thoughts shared by a Clinton supporter.....
I guess Clinton supporters are just as polarizing there candidate, its a shame
If Obama is the nominee, Obama will decide, not the support from the opponent's camp. Generals make the decisions, soldiers are obligated to follow or to become desertor's. With all due respect I believe that all the demands as to whom should be Vp are childish. Let the nominee decide regardless whom it be. As a matter of fact the race will be over when it is over.
Peace.
