Sign of the Times: The most conservative newspaper in our state, the Albuquerque Journal, ran these two sentences over the weekend...Hard to believe they were in the Journal:
A president who has now proven he can't manage a war, keeps his No. 2 in line or apply any leverage to legislation now in Congress now demonstrates almost total ineptitude in affairs of justice...
Do whatever it takes to advance the policies and power of this administration, the president's got your back-- that's the appearance of Bush's overruling a judge's considered sentence. Wow. Only took 6 or 7 years for their editors to get tired of abuses by DUH PRES.
