John McCain's inability to lead the House Republicans led to defeat of the Bailout Bill supported by President Bush(R) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi(D).

This defeat shows just how ineffective John McCain would be as President.

More of the same, only worse with John McCain.

We can all breathe a sigh of relief that McCain failed to take advantage of a tremendous opportunity presented to him by bush and pelosi.

On the contrary, the Democrats delivered all of the votes they promised for what was supposed to be a bi-partisan bill, based on one proposed by the Republican President and Secretary of the Treasury.
