As many of you are aware, some in the Obama Camp spread rumors trying to divert money away from Hillary Clinton's debt. Innuendos, lies, and pretty much Republican Mob tactics not to get her debt paid. (This message is not about all Obama Supporters, this is just about a few that continue to divide this Party with filthy tactics.

I as a Hillary Supporter have given the max - $2,300, and any money that I continue to give will go to other campaigns that she will be running in. Staten Island in New York where Hillary is a Senator - her funds also went to her New York Campaign Fund. A letter has been sent out to explain where this money will be going to. If Hillary does not run in 2012, she has the option of giving that money to another Democrat running for President. Many of her high dollar contributors will not fund Obama's Campaign due to the way they feel the Obama Campaign ran their operation.

I ask real Democrats to not be turned from a few in the Obama Camp that continue to spread rumors and even lies. Please continue to donate to pay off Hillary Clinton's Debt. It is also been rumored by the same group that PUMA has not brought in close to 5 million and up to help Hillary pay this debt off.

Those that may be new to politics, Democrats have been paying off debts for years and we have always understood as a Party to take care of each other and not burn the other because we may need them to win an election up and down the ticket.

Well, this election is different. I am just assuming it is Chicago Politics of burn, so those of you that are real Democrats in both camps Obama and CLinton, please continue to continue to Hillary Clinton Campaign Debt.

She was there for all of us in the Senate, she stood up to the FISA bill and she will stand up every day for you and I.

Thank you

Hillary Asks To Keep Donor Money For 2012

The Observer | July 15, 2008 08:18 AM

Hillary Clinton's campaign is sending out letters to donors asking permission to roll a $2,300 contribution to Clinton's 2008 general election coffers to her 2012 senate election fund INSTEAD OF OFFERING A REFUND.

The letter, read to me by one recipient, includes a photocopy of a handwritten note from Clinton that says, "Dear friend, your commitment has meant so much to me over the course of my presidential campaign. You were there for me when I needed you the most and I'll never forget it. I hope you'll help me continue to fight for the issues and causes we believe in by filling out the enclosed form in support of Friends of Hillary."

The form says, "I hereby verify that my 2008 general election contribution may be designated to the 2012 Senate election. I designate the entire amount to the 2012 primary election. However if I have already contributed to the 2012 primary, I designate any amount in excess of $2,300 to the 2012 general election."
------------------------------ -------------------
The money will be diverted to her senate election instead of being REFUNDED, AND IF HER SUPPORTERS AGREE TO IT.

Bullshit.

Hillary cannot give that money to anyone else as it would violate election law. She can roll that money into any national campaign. That is why she is moving it to her Senate campaign. She could roll it from a Senate campaign into another presidential general election. Money received from any donor must have a stated candidate. She brought money from her 2006 Senate campaign into the general election fund, and now she is rolling it back to the Senate fund. No other candidate can ever use that money. It cannot be used in a primary or state election. She can only roll it over or refund it.

That is not true, it happens all the time. I suggest that you get educated. I am tired of your trash and burn tactics!

I am educated. Read the campaign finance reform laws passed in 2002 and 2005.

Well you need to get educated how it works in politics quickly. Your not my problem and I have absolutely no respect for you and your trash and burn politics.

I have worked campaigns and we have done it legally.

In 2005 laws were passed that changed how this is done. I have worked with elections too. Read the 2005 laws.

You are neither an attorney or a paralegal. You are a computer geek (and we all need them), but have no idea how the big world works.

What I am saying is IF Hillary decides not to RUN in 2012, she can give it to whomever is running. Not directly, but through the Party or which I should have also stated the money would be returned to the donater. This was my error for leaving it out.

My opinion:

Hillary Clinton 2012

We will just have to see what happens.

I think I understand...

I was concerned that my donation would not go where it was intended. I feel better now (although I still don't think she really owes Mark Penn another dime!).
