Evidently, John McCain is determined to alienate as many folks as he can by virtue of his mouth shooting off his foot.

In Tuesday night's debate, McCain mentioned a 3 million dollar request for an "overhead projector" that was included in an earmark that was sponsored by Barack. It turns out that the funds were never approved. But, what's more important is that the "overhead projector" was for Chicago's Alder Planetarium -- the nation's oldest and most prestigious. The scientific community is up in arms over McCain's statement because it demonstrates his short-sighted view for our future and they don't enjoy being on the pointy end of his zinger.
Good job, John. We should just sit back and let you piss off ever more segments of the population and save our party dollars for those candidates who need the help for congressional races.
