Leibermann - Democrat in name only - MUST GO
Senator Joe Leibermann, Democratic *sic* senator from Connecticut, is making his bed a bed of nettles and thorns by openly siding with McCain against the Democratic party. It is time this Republican-in-waiting stop waiting and just join them. Then, let's get a REAL Democrat into office in Connecticut.

I agree with taking away any and all power

I don't recall creating my screenname as Democrat in Edison since I am registered Republican but truly, I am independent. I am leaning toward McCain because of his experience and he was bi-partisan even before he ever ran for Prez. He does what he believes is best for country and I like that character trait. I'm trying to find out about Sen. Obama as much as I can but he doesn't have a lot of political experience. But I agree with him on many issues as well. So I haven't made up my mind. I'll vote for whoever I believe is best for the country on all issues as well as my feelings about their personal qualities. Like I said, I like McCain bi-partisanship. To me, that shows, courage and independent thinking and love of country over party. I hate hypocrites and will not vote for one if I believe him to be one.
Sen. Obama is very charismatic and I think he is the most eloquent speaker since MLK. But that form over substance at this point for me. If he is right on the issues and is not a hypocrite, I may end up voting for him. I just don't know enough about him yet. I need to see them debate. American wants that asap.
I hope the people in CT show more more intelligent in 2010 than they did in 2006.
Where in the hell do you come up with such trash?? Have YOU ever attended church at TCC?? How can you make ANY EDUCATED statement about what really goes on in there without having gone there yourself to see and hear?
You know, Vly Vlg Dem, there is an interesting effect to the blog's various current crop of malfunctions. One of them is when you reply to someone, it shows their original username as long as that username is still that of an active member.
