I only caught the last, probably 5 minutes, of this interview, but really felt it would be worth passing on, cause what I saw was a really good conversation, which even discussed Obama's readiness.

"Bill Moyers interviews Berkeley Law professors Christopher Edley, Jr. and Maria Echaveste — he's for Obama and she's for Clinton. They met working in the Clinton administration and now, having been married for nine years, Edley and Echaveste are both advising their respective candidates. The couple have also written together in an article entitled "Color, Values, America" about what needs to happen for the nation to get the most out of this election season:"

My reasons for not supporting Obama has nothing to do with race. I did see the race issue a problem for the African American in the clipit. I agree with the Hispanic woman and her reasons were issues about the actual issues at stake. From a resume perspective, I would support Hillary Clinton. I must admit after reading Obama's book, his race issues are a problem for me. The reference to white people, and I want a President that has more of a grasp about human beings and not about race. We are all in this together, and I do not want a candidate that is soo focused on his own color of his skin, while I am not focused on the color of mine. I do not think he can serve all of the human beings wisely. I have had conversations on this blog with people that say it is all the White fault. This is most sick, because the issue really is abuse of power. These are some voting for Obama and stating their color issues, not mine.

I have seen some real red flags, especially with Tupac Hunter, Michigan Senator and Michigan Campaign Chair and the blockage of the revote bill in the Michigan legislature. This was not fair or balanced behavior. This bothers me. I would vote for Colin Powell in a heart beat, I see him as balanced and fair. I do not see Obama as exhibiting these qualities.
