As a democrat and an American ...

SIGN ANY PETITION THAT YOU WANT.

I'm okay.
You're okay.

Ignorance can be bliss.

Every issue has merit.
Every issue has relevancy to it's audience that it appeals to.

Rodney King may have acted foolishly, yet he wasn't a total fool.

"Can't we all just get along?", he asked.

Which is sadly STILL such a good question.

Choose wisely how you spend your energy. Then, choose what battle(s) you wish to fight for today.

What you focus on, you attract.

Hip Hip Hooray!

I'm with ya on this one.

It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT ABOUT do it (sign it), or even DON'T do it (sign it).

It is about choices and rights.

Thanks Freedom.

Signing off in typical Carlo fashion ...
No pressure. Only choices.

And another quote!
By Blueberry May 23rd 2007 at 3:07 pm EDT
"Freedom is not merely the opportunity to do as one pleases; neither is it merely the opportunity to choose between set alternatives. Freedom is, first of all, the chance to formulate the available choices, to argue over them -- and then, the opportunity to choose."

Dude ...
I agree.
It is called the Information Super Highway for a reason.
Information.
Use it. Or, don't use it (to include polls and petitions).
Everyone (in this country, anyway) has the choice ...

Thanks. And, sure ... Why not?

Bottom line for me ...
To do nothing is a far worse crime than to sit back, and let it all happen.
While we're asking questions back and forth, question is, why not question the fatcats (or the so-called leaders) that make it all happen?
As if ...
As if any of us really have THEIR answers for THEIR questions that we have tried to ask, that have gone by unanswered.

I believe the correct quote is:

"The law is reason, free from passion."

You are probably right.
