"It was obvious anyway, but became beat-you-over-the-head-with-a-two-by-four obvious when Palin referenced the glass ceiling line, that this choice is a blatant pander to women. I would like to believe that women will actually feel insulted by this. Yes, it would have been historic if Hillary had gotten the nomination. It was historic that she made it as far as she did. Yes, it would be great to have a woman in the oval office, or in the VP slot if they are the right womana woman who got there with her own drive, grit, determination, intelligence, skill and merits. When youre hand-picked by a man to win votes simply because you are a woman, that doesnt count, and it doesnt break any kind of ceiling. Would we have had a Stan Palin as our VP pick? No. So choosing a woman because you think her gender will get votes is insulting."

McCain is what I find insulting to women. He is a user. And the comment about the cracks, I about feel off my chair when she said that. What some people will do, makes me feels dumbfond.

McCain is a f'ing idiot... He really underestimates HRC supporters... I will tell you if I supported HRC and was considering McCain-- I would be COMPLETELY INSULTED by this choice!!! This would push me to support anyone but him... He really doesn't get it... HRC supporters supported her because of her experience and her strong commitment to women's issues... This woman doesn't have a clue... Does she even KNOW where Iraq is????

Are we scared of a woman?

We did not choose Hillary.

Was fear the reason for it?

Oh well, it is up to Joe now.

Terry-- compare Sarah's policies and HRC's-- They could not be more opposite!!! I would love to see a woman in the White House-- This woman is scary... HRC has lead the way so that some day in my lifetime we will have a woman president... When McCain dies in office would you want a woman like this as POTUS??? McCain chose this woman because she is ANTI choice and she is a woman... He believes that the ONLY reason HRC supporters supported her was because she is a woman!!!! HOW stupid does he think HRC supporters are???????? It is INSULTING!!!!!!!

Terry,

Clinton ran a lousy campaign. That's the reason she lost the nomination. I am sick and tired of the sexist claims. I didn't want Clinton as President because I didn't want Clinton as President. Her gender had and has nothing to do with it. Accept it. A woman can and should be President some day, just not that woman.
