Jackie wrote several posts and called the mod a facist bastard who needed to kiss his ass. If any of us had written that stuff about any of each other, we'd have gotten deleted. Anyone. There used to be a BIG problem last year with people writing personal attack posts... so it's in the ToS now that you can't. Jackie will be back, I'm sure.

Right. I have been attacked personally, and so has Jack. I was reading through Jack's blogs before they were deleted and he was not attacking anyone personally, he was upset that comments/replies were being deleted from his blogs. Wow. If he thought that any dissenters were being silenced before, he'll SURE think so now!

If I wrote a post about you, and used your name and attacked you and said awful things, then I'd get banned. So I don't do that to people. It's really, really easy to NOT get banned. You just agree to the terms of service for use of this website.
BO supporters call everyone names. If you get angry at them they turn you in and call you trolls & racist etc. Prove to me that BO supporters have been deleted too?
Someone posted comment on my blog post Obama's views, to thje effect that Obama's pet legislation bill on Global Poverty program for 854 trillion dollars having been rushed through to secure a major victory for senator Obama, giving details on the reparation as pork added to legislation, according to the comment, vanished from my blog as I was following instructions from grandpa to copy comment to file.
I did pursue research on the comment that dissapeared and Voila, it has passed.
Can someone enlighten me on this. Is it tied to reparations for slavery issues?
Grandpa believes there is something very fishy going on here on the PB site.

Why would they do that to jackie, he may be passionate, but is not outright insultive to anyone. Is there anyway we can all send appea's to the web mastyer to get him back on. He always has something good to offer especially with his inspirational poems. Does it have anything to do with his mailer PM on tonights confrontation to Obama on PB regarding the aged, gay and women's rights?

If he was deleted entirely, it was for a personal attack on the mod. I read it.

Did you delete Jackie? Can we discuss issues here and sometimes not be in agreement? I am new so when I opened this blog, I was surprised to here that some people are threatening others.
I don't think he was. Sure, he goes off sometimes but I do a lot worse. Sometimes he deletes his own blogs - I think maybe he finds it cathartic, but we will have to wait for him to come back on and confirm.
Also, I can't think that many people would report him. He doesn't like Obama and says he won't vote for him. I am an Obama supporter and I don't have a problem with that. I have a big problem with people who post rubbish and act like lunatics. There are a few bloggers, past and present, who support/supported Clinton whom I really like, but I won't mention their names 'cause I don't want to damage their cred!

The DNC is bankrupt, says grandpa, why do you think they are asking the membership to donate to the Party to help get Obama elected. Grandpa said that he does not know what is going on, but that it is mighty fishy. There are a few conservative Democrats on here whom I initially thought were Republicans, but when they clarified that they were conservative Democrats that helped. Maybe everybody ought to post a brief bio, I don't know...a lot of people think Jackie is a woman and Illinoismel and I are men...

perhaps it is not your message but the way it is presented words can have the unintended consequence of being misinterpreted as confrontational so especially when blogging I have learned since no body language is present you must assume the person is truly not being confrontational however not everyone takes that tact and the issues get lost in the name calling

The site moderator is a human being just like the rest of us, and attacking him personally is against the ToS.
If yes, then report it as a ToS violation. If you aren't sure how to do that, then PM me and I will help you make sure it is reported.
