Despite a three-month head start, Senator John McCain has struggled to solidify lines of attack against Senator Barack Obama for the general election, Republican operatives say and some of his own advisers acknowledge, running into problems that bedeviled Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s primary campaign against Mr. Obama.

why an intelligent person like you can support McCain, Mel. It's one thing to support Hillary; but, if you REALLY support Hillary you'll vote for HER current candidate, period. Otherwise you're disrespecting the person you claim to be endorsing.

Barack Hussein Obama IS the Democratic nominee. Nothing is going to change that. He will also win in a landslide. Nothing is likely to change that either.

You have never heard me say I support McCain, because I don't. I have said I will not vote for Senator Obama but if Senator Clinton is on the ticket, I will vote for the team.

They celebrate in my small town on the 3rd and the fireworks display last night was awesome. Solid arials for an hour and 20 minutes last night. They have about 10,000 people that show up in the park. I can watch them from my yard across the fields so I don't have to mess with the crowd. Today, Lady and I are building a web page for a lady down in FL and are going to grill a couple porterhouse steaks pretty soon.
