Haven't asked for a bit and I just went and got gas for the mower. It is $3.899 in Champaign/Urbana, IL. How about for the rest of you?

I am a proud supporter of the Honorable Senator, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

What Puzzles Me is the Fact that, there's Still Bumper to Bumper
By JJoy May 17th 2008 at 3:57 pm EDT
Traffic out there, big Gas guzzlers, small gas guzzlers, Jack Rabbit starters at every light, zooming to the next light.....So I keep thinking, apparently the price of gas isn't affecting those drivers.

Gas here was
By Retired Army May 17th 2008 at 4:45 pm EDT
3.89 yesterday. The wife and I are taking our grandaughter to Germany for the 1st time to meet her uncles and aunts.

Gas there is running anywhere from 8 - 10 bucks a gallon. Needless to say driving will be at a minimum but fortunately the public transportation system over there works real well. Never more than 2 minutes to a connection stop and runs on time nearly all the time. Designed by americans after the war and turned over to the gov't. They haven't been hampered by profit margins and investors so it works well and is maintained much better than ours. I just wish we had a reliable public trans system here in Florida but wn't get my hopes up!
