I'm not advocating anarchy, nor am a talking about a political uprising across the country. What I am asking is this:
"How much are Americans willing to take before they rebel either in an armed coup or a non-violent coup against the status quo?"
Four points:
1) Our government is corrupt and supressing the middle and lower class working people.
2) Business is corrupt and suppressing the middle and lower class working people.
3) Our rights are being trampled on almost daily.
4) Media supports the above by ignoring it.
These are the very reasons that colonists revolted against the British empire.
Thoughts please.

But think about this. The more money big business makes; the higher their profits. The higher their profits, the higher their dividends. The dividends are paid out to the share holders who...........come on............make even more money. For an example; My brother used to work for Exxon Mobil delivering gasoline to service stations. 4 years ago, Exxon Mobil discontinued delivering their product in house and sub contracted it out. Cheaper. My brother found another job paying less money however he left his pension alone and nearly 1/2 of his retirement investments are made up of Exxon Mobil stock....now based on the current valuation of Exxon Mobil's Stock and the dividends that his retirement account has received; his retirement account has went up nearly 25% in 4 years! I'm suspecting he'll be one of the "have's"!
Those who have money, wealth, power will also retain control and give just enough to the middle class to appease them.......think great depression.
You said our rights are tramped almost daily - isn't it more like, Our rights are trampled many times a day? After all, we're paying at the pump and we're burdened with paying the most taxes for our country to high jack us at the pump, at work, when we fly, and at voting.
head shake...I don't get us, or me sometimes. :)
I've got my pitchforks ready.
