I think Blueberry nailed it when she said the divide between Obama and Clinton is back in full swing. I don't know what is going on tonight but this forum sucks.
People have to fight to read posts in between people who insist on posting EXTREMELY long postings...case in point at least 2 of mels that I would have missed if they weren't on the high rating list. How many more have I missed?
More people are bitching about humor, which many women do indeed find funny, rather than talking about Women's rights.
What happened to the women’s health care issue? I know exactly what happened, Lincoln Park brought it up by posting Obama’s position on it and all the anti Obama people complained about it instead of adding to the conversation on how women do NOT get the same treatment as men when it comes to health care.
Do any of you realize that more women die from a heart attack because their symptoms are brushed off as heartburn or some other minor complaint? I thought for sure we’d be discussing the latest issue of Viagra v Birth Control Pills.
I guess some people just cannot accept that not all women are alike nor do we wish to be. I hope that next week’s forum will be like the others we have had, Fun and Informative. If we can’t, our Friday Forums will disappear very quickly.
1. Women being fired after the age 40
2. Women being raped
3. Women being abused
4. Women being fired for breast feeding their children.
I can only conclude you are not a woman, these issues are important to women and our daughters.

Why did the Womens Forum have to turn into something it was not meant to be? It didn't but some people chose to make it so because there is a big fight going on between certain people who will never get along but can't stay away from each other...and I AM in the middle.
And I'm pissed!

I apoligize for not using the extended post's untill later LOL sorry about that one. I have been trying to catch up on things I was not here when everything started but what I can tell is there were allot of distastfull humor posted. Had that happened the night of the race debate all hell would have broken loose. I think the divide is not worse then normal I think today started with all the other debating right before the forum started and from there some people lost sight of tonights intentions. I will say before I read anything else I read the post from LP and the first thing that hit me was "why are we promoting Obama instead of talking about Womens rights" I like to think I can seperate my feelings from reality but I could be wrong. All I am saying is that if it came across like that to me and I had not been here to see everything else yet then I can completly see and understand why it seemed that some were trying to change the topic or spoil the night. Linkin stated she would have her own forum in Obamaland anyways so it seemed like somethign to stir the pot. If that was the intention it worked.
