Pelosi declares bankruptcy is not an option for auto industry.

Nonsense! Bankruptcy is their only option. Bankruptcy will allow auto industry to resolve their business plan problems.

Congress is ill equipped to resolve business disasters. Congress's only tool is to write checks.

There should be no fear of car companies not selling autos while in bankruptcy. Why ? Because that problem already exists. People have already stopped buying their cars so bankruptcy makes no difference.

===============================

It's time to take back control of our government. Boycott and end the insanity of government which has stopped listening to the will of the people.

It's time to boycott to move congress. Tell your representative you are boycotting for change. You are not supporting an economy lead by a corrupt government.

Stop spending on all purchases such as :

--travel,
--cars, furniture and appliance purchases
--trivial entertainment and jewelery
--any electronic gizmos

Put off those purchases until we get back control. Use cash instead of credit cards when purchases are needed.

If 25% of the population slows down spending for the next 6 months, change will happen.

We know the impact of a spending slowdown, it's time to put it to work in our favor.

BOYCOTT NOW. It's easy, anonymous and effective.

Bankruptcy is not the best way, It is the wrong way. The sharp decline in auto sale Domestic and Foreign has been caused in large part by the banking problems and the sharp fall of the stock market. This economy would benefit from people spending money but fear is stopping because the economy is so unstable. People looking to lose the jobs don't spend money and the auto industry going into Bankruptcy would increase unemployment and that coast would be past on to the states in many ways. This Loan to the Auto Makers will help Stabilize the Economy.

She didn't say no to the war funding
She didn't say no to the bailout
She won't say no to the auto industry

It is easy to see you don't like Pelosi. I believe this will help stabilize the economy because a lot of people will no they still have a job and a future. You would rather just close the door and let people lose there Jobs and There Houses. Instead of spending there income they will collect there unemployment and soon there welfare because there are fewer jobs every day. But look on the bright side there kids can get a free lunch at school because there parents have no job. I would not wish that on anyone but apparently you would.

Neither

No Bankruptcy, no bailout, give them the bridge loan that they are asking for under strict conditions; I'm sure they'll go with it.

You can restructure all you want, but as long as the banks are not going to lend money to buy
those cars, inventory will sit there. Even the foreign, more financially sound car manu.s aren't selling and it will get worse.

It's not the automakers fault that many people overextended their credit.

If you consider the scenario they are going to change his production for more competitive products. That's going to take no more than ten years.
From there you have to consider the competitor are going to take the necessary steps to go ahead.

Sir, Can you see they lost the most i9mportant asset they have. HIS OWN INTERNAL MARKET!

How many times I have to said this reality. Why you are so blind!

They CAN NOT compete with TOYOTA or HONDA any more. THEY LOOSE HIS OWN MARKET.

Maybe you want CLOSE this automaker and kick in the as of this american workers inside this plant.

This people working in this manufactures are american TOO.

They deserve some respect.
An this what the Congress and every one support this looser of FORD, GM, Chrysler, with your action you want to reward his mismanagement's and punish the good behaviors of his competitors.

That sincerely is INSANE.
All this degradation is INSANE.

I'm not sure if you are talking to me Percy but, I have said nothing about closing plants. I am for keeping the autoworker in their jobs and all outside related jobs.
Currently there are 7 American Models that fuel efficient as we have been waiting for. Give them the bridge loan so that can do their job. But before that is done, rewrite the bailouts to the lenders which states that they must lend money for car loans.

To keep the automaker in his jobs, plants has to be opend. but for how long?

How are they going to survive if they loose his own market? This is the key question. It's not about fuel eficiency or what ever fancy name they named his products.

It's about credibility and aceptation from the public. After all they can be open for ever with the taxpayer money but if nobody buy his products who's going to repay to the taxpayer.

At the end they are going to fail.

Ask your family, go to schools , malls and ask those kid or veryone wish car are his preference?
Look at the rooads and you are going to see the reality.

Thhis is the real problem of the automakers, they loose his own market.

Them, there are people telling keep this automakers in business!
For what?
This is waste money?

any way!
It's about time!
